  Nail art! My first time doing nails art for Halloween, manicurist did an amazing job which’s beyond my expectation. Moreover, Perfect 10 nail salon is very close too BTS (sky train) that’s 2-3mins by car, very flexible for public transportation to access! Overall, cleanliness and hygienic are very important to me, so I would give 10 out of 10 and the price’s too cheap for this location! Will be back again (for sure❤️), when visiting Thailand and much appreciated on your service! By, your lovely customer

  Perfect! Very precise exceptional manicure and pedicure (no polish). My nails have never looked this good and they were really damaged before the treatment! Thank you!

  This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The prices are very high compared to other local spas, and the service was extremely disappointing. Prices are way too high compared to the quality a full pedicure service costs about 1,300 baht, which is basically the same price as in Canada, but the service is completely unskilled . I tried to book four people through Instagram, but their response was very slow and unprofessional and we didn’t even have enough space since only 2–3 staff were working. For foreigners: be aware that you must book both spa and nail services to get a pedicure/manicure, which was not explained clearly. My grandma and aunt did foot spa, while I thought I booked a regular pedicure but instead, they started cutting and polishing without even cleansing or soaking my feet. No cuticle care, no proper hygiene, and the nail cutting was painful and unskilled. I told the technician about my ingrown toenail, but she didn’t understand. In Canada, technicians recognize this immediately, but here they seemed unqualified. I tried to message on Instagram to add spa service after noticing the poor job, but they only saw my message after I got home and never apologized. My toenail hurt so much I cried after going home, and I had to rush to my usual salon to fix it when I arrived back in Canada. Management really needs to improve, and staff need better training and communication. Not foreigner-friendly at all.

  Overall I really liked how my nails came out. Unfortunately, because I am a foreigner they took advantage and scammed me despite having agreed upon the price listed in the beginning. I do not recommend because they are not trustworthy. I do hope others have a better experience than I.
