  This was truly the worst hair experience I have ever had. I get my hair cut all over the world and I have never encountered anything remotely like this. I found this salon through GoWabi and checked the Google reviews beforehand. The overall rating was good, so I decided to book a layered haircut. I walked in around midday and got an appointment for the evening. Everything seemed fine until the haircut actually began. The stylist did not use any proper sectioning or layering technique. Instead, she placed my hair over the cape on my shoulder and tried to cut “layers” directly from that position. Whenever the hair didn’t lie flat on the cape, she pulled and shifted the cape on my shoulder to force the hair into a cuttable position. This is not a recognized technique in professional hairdressing. The results speak for themselves (see photos): • The front area has harsh, uneven lines, with random short pieces instead of soft face-framing layers. • My fringe now sits up to my nose, blunt and disconnected from the rest of the haircut. • Both sides show broken, choppy pieces that do not blend into the length at all. • The lower layers have sharp, unblended steps that look accidental, not intentional. • The back of my hair has an irregular, wavy hemline with no structure or symmetry. These are not layers — this is what happens when hair is cut without proper sectioning, angles, or technique. For the first time in my life, I cried over a haircut. I lost my composure and ended up trimming my own fringe inside the salon, trying to fix the most obvious mistakes. Both staff members watched and even handed me the scissors. When I went to pay — still shaking and visibly upset — the stylist simply said: “800 THB, please.” I paid and left in shock. This was honestly the worst salon visit I have ever experienced, and the photos make it very clear why. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.   The salon is located in the ITF Building and can be accessed from two entrances. You can search for 7-Eleven ITF, walk past it for about four shops, and you’ll find the green-colored salon on the left. I came here for a balayage, completely as a random booked by their profile hair but compared for a while, and I was very impressed. The salon limits the number of clients to only 1–2 private appointments at a time, which makes the whole experience calm, unrushed, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was how attentive and professional the team was. They carefully analyzed my hair texture, current hair color, and hair history, then gave clear and honest advice. They thoroughly reviewed the reference photos I provided and explained the realistic color results that could be achieved, including the time required. Before coloring, they did a strand test and tested the toner first. If the shade wasn’t right, they adjusted and remixed the color until the test strand was perfect before applying it to the whole head. The stylist was extremely detailed, patient, and meticulous and also very friendly. You can even order food to eat at the salon during the process. I chose the “no rush, just make it beautiful” option, so the entire process took almost 9 hours, but it was absolutely worth it in terms of the results, attention to detail, time spent, and price. Highly recommended! I’m truly impressed and very happy with the beautiful color result.

  I went there (as a walk-in) to get a haircut and scalp detox treatment, without making any booking. The lady hairdresser said there were already other customers booked ahead of me, so it might be up to 2-hours wait and I could come back after 2 hours. I was going to leave bangkok the next morning, so i thought, why not do a manicure and pedicure while waiting. I really did not regret that decision. The service was superb! The results were amazing! Very happy with the mani & pedi treatments and my metallic-colour gel acrylic nails too. Even after almost 2 weeks, my nails still look amazing! After getting my nails done, I had my haircut and scalp detox treatment (I didn't end up having to wait the full 2 hours). My scalp felt amazing. It felt so good, fresh and cooling, just what I needed after walking under the heat outside. After the scalp treatment, i had my hair cut. I wanted shoulder length, slightly layered, and something that would be low maintenance and easy to style, even weeks after leaving the salon. I got exactly what I requested! Very happy with the lady hairdresser's work. Thank you so much for the amazing service and awesome results! I would highly recommend Head Office to anyone who's going to Bangkok, and I will definitely visit again on my next trip to Bangkok.

  I recently visited this salon for a blonde balayage, brow lifting, and a gel nail extension, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the start. My balayage turned out beautifully and my nails & brows look great! On top of that, the price-performance ratio was excellent. Can highly recommend!☺️

  RUN AWAY: VERY EXPENSIVE AND VERY BAD !!! I did hair and nails. For hair the first try was a big failure so to make it better they destroyed my hair and fake nails looks like the work of a beginner… all of this is very expensive for regretting afterwards (especially my hair) I wished I never come After not even 7 days I went there : 2 nails felt and my hair looks like garbage
