  Walked in for a hand and foot spa, gel manicure, and normal pedicure. Very pleasant staff and experience. They were able to recommend matching colors for my manicure and pedicure. I am happy with my visit and would return.

  First time getting my nails done in Thailand, and after looking at many salons, I chose Kaia. I came in with pretty high expectations. The service was excellent — especially thanks to Sandar. Although her English wasn’t fluent, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my needs. She even stayed late without a single complaint, finishing my appointment around 10:15 PM. That said, while the experience was pleasant, I didn’t feel the final result justified the high price. I paid 3250 baht for a French tip manicure and pedicure. As shown in photos, gel overlay is done poorly.

  Wow, just wow! Beautiful salon - the atmosphere is so cozy, relaxing and luxurious. The nail tech was super professional and did such a gorgeous job on my nails. All the girls that work there are so sweet and super friendly. Highly recommend. When I come back to Bangkok, I'll definitely be back 🥰🤍

  Got a great pedicure ⭐️ been bothered by my previous pedicure for weeks so I’m super glad I got them fixed today. Came here because of the great reviews and it really was worth !! Great price for the quality of the service 🥳 Lovely atmosphere and very comfy chairs too. Will definitely be back !!
