3 months agoOk so, I went there February 8, 2026 with my friend. I went for a blow dry and makeup, my friend went for hair coloring, blow dry and makeup. There was some misunderstanding with the prices, in my head she had quoted me between 2000 to 2500 as total, but then she said she meant 2000 for hair and 2500 for makeup (which regardless of that, prices are ridiculous as another salon - much cleaner and from which I had a blow dry 3 days before - only charged 400, and my hair was gorgeous, and it’s only 1 minute walk from there). My makeup was ok, she did in fact kept asking if it was fine and I kept saying yes. Only thing I didn’t like about the makeup is that the brushes/sponge seemed to not have been cleaned from the last person they used it on (although I never complained to her about it). I ended up doing henna and she charged me 500 per hand. Henna was fine, I just think the price was too high. My hair, oh my hair was a disaster! I asked for lots of volume (like 90s blow dry volume) what I got was nothing that I asked for (I even showed her a video of what I wanted). I got curls, there was no oil put on my hair at the end, my hair looked and felt like hay. IT LOOKED TERRIBLE! My friend got her hair dyed, and they missed a lot of spots (I’ll attach pictures). Anyway, I do not recommend going to this place for hair or makeup. I’ve read good reviews about the threading service, which I didn’t get so I can’t really talk about it. But for the stuff I got done, you are better off going somewhere else. At the end I ended up paying approximately a bit over $100 US for my makeup (like 3200 baht), blow dry and henna. My friend paid 3600 baht - not worth it at all. We paid that because we complained (still a lot after the “discount”), otherwise it would have been more! I told her my hair is not what I asked for and I requested to go back another day for them to actually do what I wanted (she agreed but only because I asked), but I never went back.

3 weeks agoSheena is a star! I’ve never had PAINLESS threading before. Shes got magic in her hands! I almost can’t believe that for years I’ve been getting threading done and braving the pain. And it doesn’t need to be like that. It’s magical. How amazing and painless threading was today and even upper lip threading NO PAIN😌😌🤩🙏 thank you Sheena!!

3 months agoI have been coming here regularly, and their facials are outstanding—they leave my skin glowing and super hydrated every time. The threading is done so precisely, shaping my brows perfectly without any mess. Waxing is smooth and effective too, with no irritation. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. Highly recommend

Very happy with her work and would definitely recommend her. You can visit the salon for all the services—this is definitely one of them!”

11 months agoI’m going to start by saying the staff is very nice. I went to have my eyebrows arched and they came out pretty well. A few days later, my daughter and I went back to get our hair done and well…..epic fail. We were so excited to be getting our hair done after having it in braids throughout our time in Thailand only to leave with my daughter traumatized to the point where she will not put any heat in her hair now. I’d called ahead and asked for t they did black hair. I’m understand our many different textures is a lot to managed for us let alone someone of a different race. I was told yes. Well, that can’t be true. To take a blow dryer and not know to comb through hair to detangled it is the first thing that said, WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT WERE DOING. My daughter has thick curly hair. They didn’t completely dry it or detangled it yet had a flat iron and a rat tail comb trying to straighten her hair!!! It wasn’t dry!!!!! It wasn’t combed through!!!! So guess what IT COULDN’T BE STRAIGHTENED!!!!! They were frying my baby’s hair!!! I immediately intervened to detangled and straighten it myself. One of the young ladies watched my technique and proceeded to mimic it, but she kept passing the flat iron through her hair over and over. Never again will I pay to get my hair done on Thailand!!!! We’ll be sure to have braids the entire time of we ever return. I was very disappointed. 😏
