    Lagree at Carve House has always been such a fun and rewarding experience. A special mention to Temsup, Mina, and Marina the energy they bring to every class makes each session enjoyable and motivating. Also the font staff who is very approachable friendly and professional as she can always Identify the client when they join with her smile every time I see her I truly appreciate having this machine and concept available in Bangkok. Thank you for bringing this experience here. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more challenged, and more in tune with my body. Beyond the physical strength, it’s also become such a great way to release stress. I always leave class feeling lighter, happier, and with no emotional pain left haha. It’s the perfect combination of an effective workout and a mood reset. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build strength while genuinely enjoying the process.

    Lagree is no joke 😮‍🔥 slow, controlled, and burns in the best way. Full-body workout, amazing instructor, and my legs are still shaking. 10/10 would suffer again.

    Love this studio! The staff and instructors are so welcoming and very hands on, they explain the exercises really well and I always feel super strong after my class! Perfect location as well :)

    I had a great experience with my Lagree session! The workout was intense but incredibly effective, targeting muscles I didn’t even know I had. The pace kept my heart rate up, and the low-impact nature made it easy on the joints while still delivering a serious burn. The instructor was motivating and clear, and the class flowed smoothly. I left feeling stronger and energized—definitely worth it!
