  The classes and trainers are very good and enjoyable. Suppawith, Judy H, and Aum T are very professional and engaging. They have an excellent variety of classes, which are professionally run. Most, if not all, of the cardio machines should be replaced. Most of them have docking stations for IPods……it’s not 2010 anymore, Fitness First. None of the machines have TV/internet access. The changing room facilities are acceptable, but the towels, some as old as 2024, need to be replaced. On pricing, I would say it is fairly overpriced, compared to the facilities. That being said, the classes are all complimentary. $115 / €100 / £85 is the cost of a monthly membership. You could probably get better in other countries at a cheaper cost.

  I would like to provide feedback regarding an incident that happened today. I returned my clothes to the container in the toilet, and when I pushed them in, the door of the container closed on my finger, causing it to bleed. The design of this container is quite dangerous and could easily injure others. When I approached the counter for assistance, the staff member informed me that there were no plasters available, despite my finger bleeding. She mentioned she would inform her manager but did not offer any immediate help. I am very concerned that a gym of this size does not have basic first aid supplies such as plasters available. This raises questions about how prepared the gym would be in the event of a more serious injury or emergency. I hope you can look into both the safety design of the container and the availability of first aid support for members. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  The best thing about this gym is that it’s practically my neighbor — very convenient for me! Prices are also fair compared to back home, so my wallet doesn’t complain. The facility is nice, though some of the equipment looks like it has been working out longer than me. 😅 Still, everything is maintained and usable. I just wish they had a step master — maybe they’re keeping it as a “hidden boss level” for the future!

  Don't like the 2 floors concept (minus one star). The reception, coffee area and bathroom are located downstairs while the excercise area is located upstairs. Prefer the one floor concept like QHouse and Landmark but then this is certainly a matter of personal liking. Five stars for closing at midnight on weekdays. Another plus is that it is conveniently located with direct access from Chong Nonsri Station.

  The treadmills and elliptical machines are advertised as being connected to the internet and equipped with TV. Unfortunately, almost none of them are actually connected to the internet, and when TV channels are available, there is practically only one channel.
