2 years agoForever Young Lifestyle is a one stop place for the active person. Muay Thai, BJJ, Movement Training, Functional Training - you name it, they have it. The coaching staff are experts in their fields: high level Muay Thai competitors, MMA champions, Grappling champions. The best part is the Ninja Academy where if one enrolls their kids in this program: they learn to use mind and body at the same time during the workouts that could feel like play and fun. 5 stars ⭐️

2 years agoI highly recommend Trying this gym! I had loads of fun. In just a day You can already learn a lot from the coaches, They are very Kind, Passionate and Very Humble. Beginner or not You will be Taken care of. Coaches Give very good advices and techniques. Even the students welcome you with wholesome smiles and also guide you throughout the sessions. If I only knew of this place sooner I wouldn’t have spent just a day inside it. I hope to roll with them again soon! Maraming Salamat! From the Philippines! 🙏

3 years agoMartial arts: I trained Muaythai in many gym's in Bangkok and I couldn't find a place where the trainers "cared" until I found this place. The coaches are very competent, they are extremely good at teaching at any level. (Being a good fighter doesn't mean you are good at teaching). Good communication, good technic, good listeners, I highly recommend. The airpurifier is very welcome during pollution peak too. :) Ninja academy: This is such an amazing activity for children. I could see the progress and development at so many levels after only a few sessions. Children love it, the team of coach is great, I also highly recommend Ninja Academy for children.

a year agoGreat little gym just next to the Ekamai BTS station (1 min walk). Real friendly instructors that made me feel welcome. With a wide range of classes from Ninja kids camps to Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and more.
