3 months agoWell equipped gym. I was there on Sunday in the late morning and it was no too crowded. Day pass is 600 THB which is too expensive, but they have a free trial option. Unfortunately, they do not have heavy dumb-bells (max 35kg) which is a clear negative point. Only two wracks and no squat machine. A hip thrust machine is available.

5 months agoVery bad I accidentally forgot my shoes. I was wearing sandals and socks. I informed the staff myself, asking for their understanding since it was my first time forgetting. But they said no. I am very disappointed with the staff's behavior and handling of the situation. It's not a good place to exercise.

9 months agoThis gym is spacious and clean. But the lack of actual weight plates that I can use for machines are so scarce, I had to run around the entire gym to try and find plates for a bench press. But then after the workout, I tried to buy a protein shake from the vending machine that has a card reader but then they don’t take card. They told me to go to the smoothie store to buy it in person but the store neither takes card or had more than 300baht in order to give me change. I’m not sure how they expect to make any money. I paid over a thousand baht for a week pass for this? Not worth it.

3 months agoI received very poor service from a staff member, I believe her name was Mean, who was working at the front counter. I’m not sure if she didn’t want to work or was having a bad day, but the attitude was very unprofessional. If someone is not able to handle the job, it would be better to take a break rather than provide such poor service to customers. Very disappointed. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful but not her.

5 months agoSuperior facility plagued by maintenance neglect and overcrowding. “The Pros: This branch stands out as the best Jetts in Bangkok. The dimensions of the floor plan, the variety of machines, and the overall setup are superior to other locations. The Cons: • Hygiene: There is a strong, persistent sewage smell coming from the toilet pipes that makes using the changing rooms unpleasant. • Crowds: Traffic is very high, even during what should be ‘off-peak’ hours. • Maintenance: Attention to detail is missing. Common accessories (cable handles, clips) are often gone, and simple fixes like a broken door knob are left unrepaired for too long. Verdict: Still the best Jetts for a serious workout due to the equipment, but management needs to fix the plumbing and maintenance issues immediately.”
