    Needed to go to a class during my vacation and this is just the right spot for me! It might be small for some people but I don't prefer to go to huge place with too many people, here the instructor and the program were great and effective enough. Met Coach Noey, she was good in explaining the program and the movements in both Thai and English to cater non Thai speaker like me, proper warm up + cool down too. For location, they are on the 4th floor, you can take the lift from G floor. For their classes, you can book via ClassPass too. If I have more time, I know where to go now! Thank you 🙏💙

    OK. This is a cute gym! I was looking for strength training to complement my other fitness endeavors. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at how clear the instruction and ongoing coaching was. I’d happily return. Oh, and they also have showers!

    Wind A Day Gym is located on the 4th floor of the same building as Tonic Bar on Ekkamai Road. The bar is super popular with Thai locals in the evenings, so I never imagined a training studio would be hidden upstairs. I honestly walked past it a few times before I found the entrance. They offer day passes, which is great if you just want to try it once or drop in while traveling. The studio is not large and doesn’t have a huge range of equipment, but it’s enough for basic weight training. Probably not where I’d commit to a long-term membership though🙄 💪 Class experience: The class I joined was a weight training session, divided into two parts: 🔹 Part A (Strength / Set Repeats within Time Limit) • Dumbbell Rows • Wall Balls (squat + throw) • Plate-weight Ab Crunches • Barbell Back Squats ⏱️ Each round: Complete all reps in 1 min 30 sec, rest for the remaining time * repeated 3 sets. 🔹 Part B (10-minute AMRAP) • Side Lunges • Butterfly Sit-ups • Dumbbell Shoulder Press (Left then Right arm) I was the only one who didn’t speak Thai, but the coach kindly switched to English just for me. Really appreciated that. Super kind and accommodating. overall, A compact but friendly gym.

    Booked a weight training class through ClassPass. The session was fun and the trainer was friendly and attentive.
