If you’re looking for a slice of Italy in Bangkok, look no further than 90grams. Tucked away on Silom Soi 18 (above the Casa Lapin cafe), this place is an absolute dream for pizza and pasta lovers. The moment you step in, you are greeted by a cozy, rustic-chic ambiance. Exposed brick walls, vintage Italian posters, and warm lighting instantly transport you to a trattoria in Rome or Florence . It’s stylish but incredibly welcoming—perfect for a date night or a casual catch-up with friends. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the food. True to its name (referencing the exact weight of the dough used), their sourdough pizzas are perfection. The crust is light, airy, and beautifully charred—you won't feel bloated after eating here . We tried the Burrata Pizza, topped with creamy burrata, Parma ham, and fresh rocket. Every bite was a perfect balance of flavors and textures . We also couldn't resist the handmade pasta. The 90grams Carbonara is a must-try! Served with thick, homemade pici pasta, crispy bacon, Parmesan, and a salted-cured egg yolk that creates the most luscious, silky sauce . It’s rich, comforting, and absolutely authentic. To top it off, the service is fantastic—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Plus, with DJ sets on rotation, the vibe stays lively even late into the night (they are open until 2 AM!) . Do yourself a favor and add 90grams to your Bangkok food bucket list. You won’t regret it. 🇮🇹❤️

90 Grams is a small pizzeria with a very distinctive concept in Bangkok. The space is compact but full of personality. The interior has a modern industrial style with exposed concrete, warm red lighting around the bar, shelves packed with wine bottles, and a cozy dining room that feels intimate and lively at the same time. One detail we really liked was the projector playing old cartoons on the wall, which adds a fun and slightly nostalgic touch to the atmosphere. The pizzas are not very large, but the flavors are extremely intense. The dough is the real highlight. It reacts beautifully to the heat of the oven, creating ultra-puffy, airy edges that are well blistered and full of character. The crust is light, slightly chewy, and incredibly satisfying. We tried the Diavola and the Carbonara pizza, and both were excellent. The Carbonara was especially interesting, topped with bacon, egg and cheese, giving it a creamy and rich finish that worked surprisingly well. All the dishes seem to come with a generous snowfall of grated parmesan, which adds another layer of flavor and also gives the plates a very recognizable presentation. We also ordered the mushroom fettuccine, which was tasty and well prepared, although slightly more standard compared to the pizzas, which clearly steal the spotlight. Overall, a very cool spot if you are craving quality Italian food in Bangkok. The concept, the atmosphere and especially the pizza dough make it stand out from many other places around the city.

A stylish pizza spot located inside Quarter Silom Hotel, with convenient parking available at the hotel itself. The food was absolutely delicious, though the portions are not very large. One pizza is about the size of a single plate and comes sliced into 4 pieces. Looking around at other tables, most people seemed to order one pizza per person along with one appetizer, which felt just right. For us, we went as a group of two and ordered 1 salad, 2 pizzas, and 1 pasta — definitely a little too much food for us 😂 Overall, a great place with a cool atmosphere and really good flavors. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy stylish pizza spots with quality ingredients.

I really enjoyed dining at 90 Grams. The atmosphere is super trendy with a cool vibe, great music, and stylish interior design that feels effortlessly chic. The food tastes as good as it looks—every pizza looked tempting, and I especially loved the burrata pizza. The pasta with raw fish was fresh and delicious, and the Caesar salad with turkey slices had a unique twist that I really liked. Seating is comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal, and there’s convenient parking right in front of the restaurant.
