2 months agoAldente Station, located inside Ruam Sab Market on Asok Montri Road, was an unexpected but very pleasant find. I originally came to the market for som tam or roasted chicken, but ended up here instead. The menu focuses mainly on pasta, but there are also daily specials. On this visit, I tried the fish and chips. The fish was nicely done—crispy golden batter on the outside, with flaky and tender meat inside, not greasy. It came with well-seasoned fries and a balanced tartar sauce, making it a simple but very satisfying dish. Overall, a great surprise. Good food and a nice option if you’re exploring Ruam Sab Market and looking for something a bit different.

4 months agoThe flavor is good, with a balanced mix of spiciness and saltiness. The clams look a bit pale, but not bad. It would be better with the green of basil to add color and a nice aroma.

3 months agoI went to take the TOEIC exam and stopped by for a bite to eat. This spaghetti shop caught my eye, so I decided to try it. The pesto was incredibly delicious! I even bought some to take home. I'll definitely go back again sometime.
