3 months agoThis Brasserie is part of the Intercontinental Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel. Breakfast was the only meal I ate here but I couldn't fault it. There are many options to choose from and everything was fresh well presented and very tasty. A variety of egg dishes and other things can be cooked to order and they even have sushi and whole roast hams and chickens as well. The coffee is good which is unusual for a Thai hotel and the service was very friendly and efficient. Definitely a good way to start your day.

4 months ago• One main dish from multiple choices + international buffet. (At the moment, three guests for the price of two.) • I had never seen a dish of salmon steak as thick as one serving here before. Seabass and duck leg were also decent. • Cheeses and smoked salmon, a wonderful part of the experience. • My parents said Tom yum was delish. • Pastas could be further improved. (Ingredients were of quality, but you may want to ask it to be cooked with minimum salt.) • Some machine noises but I heard them only at the beginning. • No signage indicating gelato, but a staff did tell us at the table they were available. You can order by telling any of the staffs. There were coconut, vanilla, and chocolate. (They complemented each other well.) • The staffs were all welcoming towards guests. Their acts of service were commendable. • I told the manager beforehand that it was going to be an anniversary occasion (also that it's two days prior the actual date). He promised a mini-cake. On that day, the table reserved for us was beside the window. And when the dining was going to conclude, a staff came to serve the lovely dish at our table. We were impressed. Thank you to นริศ, นนท์, เคท, and all the staffs in and out of the restaurant for providing us a pleasantly memorable evening. Would recommend.

4 months agoI would like recommend this place for a couple and family. This was our very first time here to celebrate our anniversary. I booked the Valentine’s buffet for two people through Hungry Hub (1,400 baht net). We really enjoyed the variety of seafood, grills, and desserts. For the price of 1,400 baht, each person also received one lobster and one foie gras dish. It was a very impressive night. All the staff served us with great care and heart.

3 months agoThe main dish tasted good, but I ordered the lamb medium-rare and it came out quite rare, so that was a bit disappointing. I was also slightly disappointed that the buffet line didn’t have a wide variety of food. I hadn’t read the details carefully and didn’t realize that the meat main course was limited to only one plate — I only found out when I arrived at the restaurant. There was a small welcome drink provided, and water was free.

8 months agoThe food and service are both fabulous, and it feels relaxing to be back here. The seafood quality is excellent, and the main dish, the sea bass, is so good! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a long, relaxing evening enjoying the hotel’s buffet restaurant. The vibe is calm and pleasant. The staff, especially K. Noon and K. Naris, are very helpful and take great care of us. I’ll definitely be coming back to AVA for sure!
