3 months agoAmazing place! The dining experience is really great, especially with the helpful staff and relaxing ambience. The food indeed brings back the good memories I had when I was in Europe! Hi Acai is my favourite! Grilled Cubano is fulfilling and Eggs on Sourdough Blonde with Avocado is definitely amongst the first runners. Flat white is nice, and the coffee latte is amazingly good in my opinion. All in all, everything is tasty and I'm sure I'll come back again during my stay in Bangkok. Maybe not this branch, but this brand for sure!

a week agoMy favorite go to after my morning walk at Benjakitti park. I love their bread, being German I do like my sourdough. Have eaten here about 20 times, never once was there any inconsistency. Its always spot on. Great sandwiches too.

4 months agoI really loved the design of the place and the wide variety of options. I ordered the salmon salad and a chocolate protein smoothie - both were delicious and very filling. I accidentally dropped the smoothie all over my pants (clumsy me 😅), and Natty, the restaurant manager, along with her team, immediately stepped in. They handled the situation so professionally, cleaned everything up, and even brought me a new smoothie on the house - plus a cookie for dessert. Despite how embarrassed I was, they made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Huge thanks to the team for their top-notch service and amazing attitude. I’ll definitely be back - great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service!

4 months agoI’ve had Bartels sandwiches multiple times but I’ve never actually dined in. The sandwiches were always good even when taken out and a bit cold but they’re 100% better hot and fresh. The restaurant itself is very clean and beautiful. There’s a lot of energy from all the customers talking and the restaurant staff working. But I don’t take this as a bad thing! This is a great restaurant and cafe to hangout and get some reprieve from the Bangkok heat :) Shout out to the lovely staff they were very accommodating and helped me feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back!

4 months agoFind spot for breakfast or brunch. Nice place with food, but the service needs improvement. The dishes look great and the ingredients seem fresh, however we’ve been waiting for our breakfast for over an hour. I understand that it’s busy, but the staff seemed confused about the orders they were bringing to the tables. Hopefully this can be improved, as the place has a lot of potential.
