3 months agoIt’s a beautiful branded space to be in with a lot of seating places. However the service could be better - the lady at CUM coffee felt unfriendly as if she didn’t want me to be here. We ordered breakfast at The Office and my sandwich was the size of a hand palm, not very filling. The dirty coffee was great though. Would I come back? Not sure, I didn’t feel welcomed here.

4 months agoCUM Coffee offers an upbeat and "atas" (sophisticated) vibe with an impressive amount of seating space, perfect for chilling or working. It’s a unique hub combining several eateries, providing a huge variety of food choices in one spot. While it’s one of the most costly cafes I’ve visited in Bangkok, the premium environment and selection make it a standout experience

2 months agoAvoid at all cost. Place looks great in social media but everything was wrong from A to Z. When arrived, no staff attended to me. They just did their own things or dont bother welcoming me and my group. The system just fail. We entered and had to grab our own table which only managed to get one after 10mins of walking around and waiting for others to leave. We did grab one but was a shared one with other diners. Next staff didnt even provide us the menu. My friend literally had to walk to the staff at the counter for the menu and we were provided with only ONE MENU FOR 4 OF US! Crazy not sure what the staff were thinking. We then had to call the staff to get our order and they told us we had to order drinks ourself at the coffee counter which i felt was ridiculous. After the staff took our food order, we had to go to the CUM Coffee counter to place our drink menu. And then once called, we had to go again and collect them. After everything, we had to find the staff for the bill which we had to walked to a staff at the counter. Im not sure what kind of concept this place is but its just plain disorganised. How they should run it is simple. Staff welcome customers at the entrance. Get a queue number. Once table available, escort the customer to the table. Then give a menu to the customers and wait for awhile before come again to take their orders. I have been to so many cafe and restaurants but this place is one of the worst cafe system. Today would be my first and last time visiting this place. Nothing special about this. I saw this place on TikTok to give a try but such a disappointment. Prices were crazy expensive. I dont mind the price but at least provide good service. Such a disgrace to Thai hospitality. Staff there are just unfriendly and as if they were paid to work there. Plus too many diners there hogging the table like those working remotely and etc. Too many of them order like just one glass of coffee or drinks and sat there more than an hour! Cmon this isnt Starbucks! GO OTHER CAFE.

6 months agoService was great, food was a bit overpriced but needs to be because it seems like the sort of place influencers come and buy one coffee and sit around the entire day. I just ate and left as it was place I wanted to check out but unsure I'd return. Recommend checking out once 🙏👍👌

5 months agoThe presentation of the drinks is absolutely excellent! However, I honestly expected a bit more from the drink itself. The glass was mostly filled with ice, so there wasn't much actual liquid. The coffee tastes good, but I have definitely had better. A bit of a shame given how great it looks.
