The Vibe: The ambiance here is absolutely stunning and luxurious. The decor is chic, making it the perfect spot for a special occasion or a fancy date night. It’s also incredibly photo-friendly—definitely a place to get those Instagram-worthy shots! The Food: The Thai food is exceptional. The classic Pad Thai was a definite standout, delivering those authentic, complex flavors perfectly. However, the Western menu was a miss; our Spaghetti was unfortunately quite bland and lacked seasoning. Stick to the Thai dishes! Drinks & Service: Be warned: the cocktails are potent! They are expertly made, but you’ll feel the effects quickly—a second glass is all you need to be happily tipsy. The service deserves high praise; the staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring table service was excellent throughout the night. Verdict: Come here for the fantastic Thai food, the beautiful atmosphere, and strong drinks. If they improve their Western menu, it would be a perfect 5/5!

We came here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and the staff (Manet, Tang, and Poppy) were so welcoming and attentive and made the experience very memorable for us. They were even detail-oriented enough to recommend a more private booth for us, since they knew there would be a larger group coming in later. Definitely worth coming for a special occasion or a treat once in a while. The food was delicious as well, and the staff even offered us a coffe or tea to-go at the end of the meal.

We stayed 3 nights at Madi Paidi Bangkok and ended up having breakfast every morning (plus one lunch) at Ekkaluck and it was consistently excellent. Breakfast has a nice mix of buffet options and à la carte dishes, and everything we tried was both creative and really tasty. It definitely exceeded our expectations for a hotel restaurant. The setting is beautiful, relaxed, and never felt crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Big shoutout to Monet and Pang from the team, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome every day. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re staying at the hotel or even just in the area!

Breakfast here was truly something to look forward to each morning. While the buffet spread isn’t extensive, the made-to-order options are absolutely delightful. I stayed for six nights, and the menu offered enough variety for me to enjoy something different every day — but that’s not what makes breakfast here so special. What truly stands out is the warmth and genuine hospitality that accompany every meal. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, the cheerful smiles and heartfelt greetings make for the perfect start to your day. Without fail, every morning I was welcomed by Monet, Tong, and Poppy — each of them radiating such positivity. Monet, in particular, left a lasting impression from day one, always attentive and ensuring I was comfortable between dishes. Thanks to her, I never left breakfast without a full belly and an even fuller heart.

Overall good experience. We recently stayed at Madi Paidi Bangkok in the Emerald Suite and overall had a very lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful — thoughtfully designed with elegant emerald accents, mosaic tiles, and a relaxing rain shower and bathtub. Check-in was warm and welcoming, with attentive staff who offered a refreshing welcome drink and even asked about our flight, which was a thoughtful touch. Special thanks to Monet, Pang, and Poppy for their wonderful service throughout our stay. Breakfast was great as well. That said, there are a few areas for improvement, especially considering the price point and 5-star positioning. Housekeeping could be more attentive — empty welcome-drink glasses weren’t taken away on the second day, and shower gel and bath salts weren’t replenished after use. There’s also no turndown service, which I would expect at this rate. Soundproofing could be better too, as we could hear hallway noise and guests checking in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still consider returning because of the beautiful design and friendly staff — there’s a lot to love here. With a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping and guest comfort, the experience could easily match the luxury pricing and branding.
