French x Japanese fusion was a genius idea because the salmon french ramen was INCREDIBLE. The blend of flavors was truly delicious. Great service and nice & cozy vibe to the restaurant. Also loved the friendly doggo outside. Definitely will come back, need to try the crab french ramen next! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A truly unique ramen experience. This is not a typical ramen shop — it’s a beautiful fusion of French technique and Japanese ramen, resulting in flavors I’ve never experienced before. The soup is incredibly rich and flavorful, yet perfectly balanced and not overly salty. I tried the salmon-based soup, and it was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and homie. It’s a small space, but it feels intimate and inviting — like enjoying a comforting meal at a friend’s home. The service is also excellent and attentive. Originally from Tokyo, you can really taste the authenticity behind the creativity. I will definitely be coming back.

Their soup is the highlight. We tried the oyster premium, essentially an oyster bisque with a small portion of “ramen” and a potpourri of ingredients that enhanced the complexity and mouthfeel. Umami packed, but some may find the soup salty. It’s something I definitely will return for more. Parking can be challenging.

Incredible! I can’t believe this little hole-in-the-wall spot delivers such powerful flavors. The ramen was so delicious. My friend and I cleaned our bowls. I love the concept of blending French and Japanese influences. As someone who loves both wine and ramen, this is a dream come true!

Hole in the wall fusion ramen with great flavours. I have visited twice and the food have just been great.y favourite is the Wagyu ramen with plenty of char grilled and umami flavours. The salmon ramen was pretty good too. However the mash potato with mentaiko was just subpar.
