6 months agoThis restaurant is situated right next to the holiday inn sathorn and every time i left that hotel I could see different offerings from here and made a note to stop by before my trip ended. I opted to come for breakfast as I felt they would have good coffee and offerings from their bakery. I was right! They didn't have large orders for their coffee so I got a double then I ordered 2 brownies and a chocolate layer cake. Everything from here was 5 stars! I trust their other desserts, which included many mouthwatering cheesecakes, are just as good. If I find myself back in the area i would love to try the restaurant and the meals they offer.

a year agoTucked away in Silom, It Happened to Be a Closet is a total hidden gem. Part café, part boutique, part dreamy vintage escape — and somehow it all works. This place has a distinct identity. It feels as though it belongs to and is run by someone with an actual artistic voice🪞✨. Everything was great: the food, service, coffees, comfort. I’ll focus on two things in particular - their breads and boutique upstairs. I would go there on their regular purely for their baked goods, be it their cakes or breads. It’s hard to find a nice shokupan in Bangkok, and they do a good one. Their desserts are dependable and consistent. When I fly back to Bangkok again, I’d pay a special visit to their boutique, specifically for their one-off pieces, these beautiful embroidered jackets, which feel lush and punk. This is their hidden gem I was talking about in the beginning. I didn’t want to post pics of their pieces, because one needs to try them on to appreciate the luxury.

a year agoCozy atmosphere and good variety of food choices all very tasty but prices are on the high side (that’s why overall 4 stars). They don’t offer lunch sets at this branch unlike some other branches. Overall good place to have lunch with friends.

a year agoA very cool place for hanging out. Food was ok, service was a bit off but the atmosphere was great I love the fish dish the most, salad was good, pasta taste good but the portion was super super small. The pizza was the one not really recommended. The desserts were good as always

a year agoI’m very cool place to check in it is a restaurant as well as a clothing store with unique one-of-a-kind pieces. Love the tongue stew with sour cream lemon pasta and the banoffee pie with a hint of peanut butter.
