Kurasu Bangkok Stand is one of my absolute favorite coffee spots in Bangkok, and I find myself stopping by regularly for their exceptional specialty coffee and matcha drinks. As Bangkok's outpost of the beloved Kyoto-based Kurasu brand, this cafe brings the same commitment to quality and the same Japanese aesthetics that made the original so popular. The matcha espresso is genuinely one of the most unique and delicious coffee drinks I've encountered anywhere — the combination of rich, earthy matcha and perfectly extracted espresso creates a wonderfully complex flavor that is utterly addictive. The matcha latte is equally outstanding — made with premium ceremonial grade matcha that has a vibrant green color and beautifully balanced flavor with none of the bitterness you sometimes find in lesser versions. The coffee selection is also excellent, with single-origin beans sourced and roasted with great care. Every cup is prepared with the precision and attention to detail you'd expect from a Japanese specialty coffee brand. The small but beautifully designed space is perfect for a quick takeaway or a quiet cup while working or reading. Located in the Home Place area of Thong Lo, it's a peaceful oasis from the bustle of Sukhumvit. The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their craft. For anyone who takes their coffee and matcha seriously, Kurasu Bangkok Stand is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

A good spot to do takeaway matcha lattes. If you’re living your matcha girl era, this is the perfect spot for it. Good and quality matcha.

Kurasu coffee shop disappointed me. Tried their Christmas seasonal drink—way too bitter. Small shop inside the bank, only take away, and overpriced at 170 baht for a small cup. Staff ignored me, serving others first. Not recommended.

One of the best coffee anywhere. In Bangkok for five days and everyday i came without fail! Three variants of their signature drink – Dirty coffee/ matcha/ matcha espresso, all are great, can’t go wrong with either – or all! Small cup only so you can definitely have more than one. Small size notwithstanding, maximum satisfaction! Remember to ask for their loyalty card, coz you’ll be back for more! P.S. I’ve never received less than stellar service here. It is a small place so sometimes there might be a short wait but the staff are friendly and more than pleasant every single time.

Coffee first. Kyoto roasting a fine selection of beans. Excellence in a cuppa. Matcha pours are great too. The dirty is a solid go. Coffee of the day. Caffeine dealers on Thong Lor. AM locale for the start of the day.
