  We were guests at the Gardina Asoke Hotel and have eaten here multiple times. The service is very good and I don’t understand the criticism. In every restaurant you have to make a nice gesture with the staff in Thailand. I like that a lot because I can choose the menu without pressure. The food ist very delicious! We had several different dishes and everything was great. I would recommend the flatbread and the waffle with chicken. We liked the atmosphere and chill ambience. You get a nice discount if you’re a guest of the hotel. We appreciate that!

  The restaurant is already beautifully decorated for Christmas! The lighting is great and gives off a very cozy vibe. My only suggestion is that the menu could really use some photos. Reading just the names made it hard to know what the dishes were. However, the Carbonara was delicious, super rich and flavorful! I usually avoid Carbonara because it tends to be too greasy for me, but this one was perfect. Convenient parking is available right at the hotel (where the restaurant is located)

  A very lovely place to spend time with friends, the food has variety, a bit on the high price point but reasonable for the brunch place inside the hotel lobby. The service is great and lovely, we went to celebrate 3 birthday ladies, and they gave us sundae icecream, really lovely. Thank you.

  It was a 10 out of 10 for me!!! Great good and good vibe! Everything tasted amazing and the service was nice! We celebrated one of my friend's birthday and we got free shot and that was very generous of the restaurant. The played decoration is beautiful, and it's perfect for a group of friends or even a nice romantic or a quick brunch. The rest of the restaurant have some games for you to play.And we had a great time playing card game.

  The part of the steak that I could eat was tasty, and there were good elements to the meal. Unfortunately, a large portion of the steak was very fatty/gristly and difficult to eat, so I ended up leaving still slightly hungry. It seems like they are choosing this piece of meat to make the presentation look like it’s a proper serving. But as mentioned, once you start cutting into the stake, you quickly realize that approximately 50% of it is not edible. The poached egg was also not prepared very well. Overall, I left disappointed, especially considering the price was similar to what I would expect to pay for a quality steak at a dedicated steakhouse. I also tried explaining the issue to staff. I mentioned that I did not enjoy the steak because much of it was too fatty to eat, and the response was simply a smile and “thank you.” If language is a challenge, it may help to have staff bring over someone who understands customer feedback rather than automatically agreeing. Example interaction: “I really did not enjoy my steak. I couldn’t eat most of it because there was so much fat and gristle.” “Okay, thank you so much.” That part honestly made the experience more frustrating because it felt like the concern was never understood.
