  We had an absolutely fabulous dinner last night at Otto Italian. The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with authentic flavours every dish was delicate, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The staff May, Boom, and Fangh were so lovely, friendly, and attentive. They even took multiple photos for us and made sure we got the best shots. Thank you for such a memorable night filled with laughter, great food, and genuine hospitality.

  Had Christmas dinner with great, attentive service from the staff, and wonderful accordion music to go along with the occasion. Special thanks to K. Nu, the assistant maitre'd, for his recommendations and friendly, attentive service.

  Normally I don't like Italian food, but Otto Italian Restaurant inspired me to change my mind when I made the reservation for my wife's birthday dinner on Sunday. The food tastes good and I'm really impressed. Most especially, K. Fang, who gave us the expert service and the surprise birthday cake for my wife, is excellent, as is the chef. I will surely back. Thank you ❤️

  A well deserved 5 stars for Otto Italian Restaurant in the Mu Hotel. We were a table of 10 and the team were very, very attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The best carbonara we’ve ever had and we know our pasta! Steak was so buttery and the way they did the spinach infused with the garlic and the broccoli so garlicky. We enjoyed our drinks including a delicious fresh watermelon drink and the classic cocktails we all know and love. Also the ambience was lovely. Intimate, modern and good music.

  (update) After I complained about the food, the hotel offered to let me try their dish again. This time it was definitely a better experience. I took my assistant there. We enjoyed our meal. I had the scallop and she had the sausage salad. I still think they need to improve their seafood department. The scallops can be more tender and not over cooked. The salad leaves need to be more fresh. The overall experience was improved, serving us welcome drinks. Everything was beautifully presented. I will be back to try the seafood risotto to see if it is good. Will report back. —— (First time) Look at just how tiny the clams are. They have barely any meat in them. This is the seafood ink risotto. Where exactly is the seafood? It is my first time going to the restaurant, being my first day in Bangkok and staying at the Muu hotel. The risotto also is way too salty. You could have replaced the clams with shrimps if you didn’t have good clams. Why bother to serve low quality food? I was very hungry because I just got to the hotel and was hoping for a good meal. I ate it because I didn’t want to wait yet another 30 min to get the food. This was disappointing. The environment is nice and quiet. The servers were friendly. Otherwise, it would have been a one star. I am staying at the Muu for more than one month. I was hoping this would be my regular restaurant when I don’t want to go out. They really need to do better than this for being inside an upscale hotel.
