  Love the look of this place and the location at the end of Soi 20. Big parking lot which is a plus. Tons of space inside and it feels like it could be a great spot for groups. They didn’t have a band the night we went but apparently they do most nights. There’s also a nice private room available. Drink specials were solid and the appetizers were actually very good. The mains were a bit hit or miss. My steak wasn’t bad, but not great either and a little tough. My wife was not impressed with her lamb chops at all. My friend actually sent back his first steak but to be fair the restaurant handled it well. The manager was very apologetic and made him a new one. Overall, for the price, I just don’t think Ox & Embers is worth it unfortunately. The space and vibe are there, but the food didn’t quite justify the cost.

  Steak hanger was excellent and cooked perfectly. Great wine selection to pair with the meal. The bluefin carpaccio was fresh and delicious, and the dessert was a great way to finish the experience. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.

  Good steaks and nice wines! They have different premium cuts available each day. If you find the cut you like, make sure you grab it quickly before it is snatched away by some other table.

  It was a quiet night which I appreciated. From the hostess at the door to our waiter, what lovely staff. Food was amazing, you can watch them prepare it. Would definitely visit again if I was in Bangkok 💖

  We ordered ribeye and hanger steaks, and both were perfectly cooked —juicy, flavorful, and very satisfying. The service was great, and the atmosphere very chill. (They also surprised us with a handmade tiramisu cake for my birthday)
