3 months agoThought it was going to be good because it looked like they make fresh pasta dough with good care. Unfortunately they ruined it with extremely bland and flavorless sauce. I took 3 bites and couldn’t continue. Tasted like water. I also ordered a bottle of water without looking at the price as I always do in Thailand. Super shocked when I went to pay and the water was 100 baht! Insane lol. Didn’t even ask if I liked my food after seeing I ate basically nothing. Bad food, bad price. Oh well

6 months agoSometimes one craves a little creamy break from spice. I woke up shamefully thinking about carbonara, and Pastaioli delivered. It was perfect. No cream, no matcha, no bullshit. Crispy guanciale, thick sauce, al dente pasta. Sure, it’s a little odd eating pasta at EmSphere, but sometimes the heart decides.

a year agoFinally a restaurant that knows how to cook al dente pasta! Pasta is freshly made, perfectly cooked and deliciously tasting! We also had the roasted chicken and it was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Well marinated and seasoned. Very glad to have found this little gem! They are pet friendly too which makes it even better! Only slight downside is the limited seating

a year agoI went here as they do seem like a good pasta place. Service is all done virtually, all orders and payment done online using QR code. The small resto is located nicely near the main bridge to the BTS, one floor down. The rocket salad was amazing blend of freshness, sour and saltiness. The Negroni was smooth and didn’t have that bitter aftertaste. The pasta we great; I wanted something tomato based and the balance of the ricotta cheese and tomato sauce was very good. After 4 days of eating Thai food; this was a good change and less torturous for the stomach (after all that spice food). Definitely recommended!

2 years agoThe food was delicious! The pasta and ingredients were fresh. We ordered beef lasagna and a seafood dish. The appetizer was incredibly tasty! However, I didn't like that the main dishes were not served at the same time as a couple dining together.
