4 months agoI dared to come to this steakhouse as a vegetarian, just because the place looked so interesting and it did not disappoint! The service was impeccable, I had a lot to eat. We enjoyed the bar for a while, worth going just for a drink too (they make cocktails properly using good ingredients, which is often an issue in BKK). The place is something you have never seen in the city. A castel- like decor, classy and beautiful. Perfect for a date or night with friends. I highly recommend this place !

2 months agoNice hidden steak place in thonglor. The ambience and decor is very warm and friendly. I had a great time there. Appetizers were superb. I really enjoyed the beef tartare. Other things were good too. Overall, had a great time. Recommend for medium size group

4 months agoHave you ever wondered why God made the common bovine/ cattle taste so damn good? The answer lies in God’s good taste. I am convinced He made it delicious because He Himself enjoys a proper steak. Quilombo fulfills this prophecy and proudly continues the tradition of cooking and serving exceptional cuts. Their signature chimichurri rub delivers deep umami, and when paired with real fire, the meat develops a lingering, deeply satisfying finish. 10 points to the chef for cooking the steak with absolute precision. Other dishes play their roles perfectly. The farm to table platter of raw celery, carrots, and other crunchy vegetables dipped in ranch and accompanying sauces is a clever and refreshing prelude, balancing the richness of what follows. The empanadas arrived hot, bursting with hot juices, packing a punch and leaving my party wanting more (we ordered 2 portions). I thank thee, my Lord, for blessing Bangkok with yet another gem of a steakhouse. May Quilombo reign long and continue to fill the bellies of Bangkokians with fine meats.

The atmosphere is stylish and elegant, with a warm, inviting vibe that’s perfect for both special occasions and relaxed evenings. Service is attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A must-visit restaurant in Thonglor for anyone who appreciates great food, great ambiance, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

4 months agoWonderfully appointed steakhouse with nice Australian cuts. The steak we had was well grilled; charred and crispy outside with red and tender inside. The atmosphere is lovely; and, the presentation is good. Their service is friendly and attentive.
