Scallop with Salad – 5/5 Elegant presentation and clean flavors. The scallop was properly cooked and delicate, paired effectively with the fresh greens and light balsamic glaze. Well balanced. Ribeye Steak – 5/5 Accurate doneness with a strong sear and good marbling. Seasoning enhanced the natural flavor of the beef. The accompanying vegetables were properly prepared and complementary. Lobster Pasta in Bisque Sauce – 5/5 Excellent execution. The pasta was cooked al dente and coated evenly in a rich, velvety lobster bisque sauce with deep seafood flavor. The lobster was tender and sweet, integrating well with the sauce rather than sitting on top of it. Well-balanced, refined, and highly satisfying. Mousse Crumble – 4/5 Smooth and creamy with good textural contrast from the crumble. Slightly rich, but overall enjoyable and satisfying.

Since it was Valentine’s season this year, I wanted to try a new Italian restaurant that I had never been to before. I chose this place because it was recommended by some foreign friends. I was interested in their Valentine’s menu, but unfortunately it was only available for one day and I couldn’t get a reservation in time as it was fully booked. So I decided to visit one day before Valentine’s instead. My first impression when I walked in was that the atmosphere felt truly authentic Italian — a cozy wooden house style that felt very warm and welcoming. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get the window seat even though I had requested it when booking. The staff came to introduce the menu, and I was very impressed by their knowledge. They could answer every question — from which type of pasta pairs best with which sauce to many other details. We ordered a crab and avocado salad, which was fresh and refreshing, followed by angel hair spaghetti with Maine lobster and a 180-gram tenderloin steak. At first I was curious about the hot stone steak, but the staff explained that it’s best to order at least 400 grams to get the right thickness and tenderness; otherwise it might be too dry. Since we felt that would be too much for us, we chose the smaller portion. While waiting — which didn’t take long at all — bread was served with the restaurant’s olive oil, and it was excellent. We brought our own wine and paid a corkage fee of 500 baht, which is quite reasonable for this area. The spaghetti with dried chili, garlic, and olive oil was delicious. The steak was topped with crispy shaved truffle, which felt unique, and served with red wine sauce. Around a little after 8 pm, there was a live opera performance with several songs — it was such a delightful surprise and made the experience feel truly special. We even said to each other that just sitting and listening to the opera alone was already worth it. One surprising thing was that for such a great restaurant on a Friday night, it wasn’t as crowded as expected. We finished with dessert. Overall, I was very impressed with the service — the staff were lovely and knowledgeable. Sitting there for a long time never felt boring; it felt warm and homey. The food was delicious, and the opera singer performs only on Fridays and Saturdays. I will definitely come back.

Rossano's never disappoints We first came here over 15 years ago. We came up from Hua Hin for three days and we had to drop in for a meal. Excellent

Rather long review but bear with me ... A great lunch here once more today. We two old folks had the set lunch while daughter had two items a-la-carte. Excellent value. Rossano easily offers the best variety of items on the set menu and do not hold back on the quality. My wife had the Parmesan ham starter with snow fish main course. I had the calamari starter with a fillet mignon ... all beautifully done with the perfect side accompaniments. I have hosted the whole of my MRT Blue Line project management group here on many occasions and it was always an occasion looked forward to. My only regret is that due to my health I have had to forego the evening operatic performance to enhance the weekend evening meals. Do come and share my experience. Satisfaction guaranteed.
