4 months agoRoux’s is a small, intimate spot, but the food delivers well beyond its size. Several dishes really stood out — especially the escargot and Guytan — and there are still many items on the menu I didn’t get to try. worth a return visit. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner with a convenient location and easy parking.

a month agoRoux on Convent serves bold, well‑balanced Japanese fusion with spicy and tangy flavors. Fun dishes, great for sharing. Relaxed, social vibe with comfy seating and good music — perfect for after‑work hangouts. Drinks are solid too, with cocktails and beers that pair well with the food.

7 months agoWe came to the restaurant to celebrate our special occasion. The manager of the restaurant paid attention to our reservation preferences and put us to a very romantic spot. What made it even more special is that he gave us congrats and brought complimentary glasses of sparking wine. The food was tasty, the chef came to check that everything is good for us personally. In total — very special place with amazing team and atmosphere. Thank you!

5 months agoRoux’s offers an impressive East Meets West dining experience, blending Eastern and Western flavors beautifully. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for a date or a relaxed gathering with friends. We tried the barracuda which was cooked perfectly and paired with a flavorful sauce. Adding a choice of side dishes such as roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, or seasonal vegetables would elevate the dish even further and make it more complete. The appetizers were well-balanced with bold, satisfying flavors, and the deconstructed tiramiso was a standout—creative and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent; the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each dish and how best to enjoy it. Overall, Roux delivers a memorable dining experience, and with a few small enhancements, it could be even more outstanding.

5 months agoFood is superb as always (the photo posted are my faves from what we ordered), great services (even we were so loud, sorry), new location has parking Ps. I WISH YOU BRING BACK THE LEMON PASTA SOMETHING WITH CHICKEN? That one is so good, sad it is not on the menu anymore:( (hope the resto see this haha)
