3 months agoThis place was so wonderful, sunset, nice decoration but the staff quite strict on everything too much The day we went to eat, there was no one else in the restaurant — only our table. So we asked if we could take photos at other tables where the lighting looked nicer. The staff had already told us that we weren’t allowed to place the cake we brought onto the table just for photos (which honestly confused us a bit). But they still didn’t allow us to use the other tables, saying they were reserved. In the end, until the restaurant closed, we were still the only table there. As for the food, it was quite average and nothing really stood out. The only dishes that were quite good were the shrimp and the fish. The desserts were very mediocre. Overall, the prices felt rather overpriced. Initially, we planned to order à la carte, but the prices were shocking — for example, a single scallop cost 1,900 THB. So we decided to order a small course instead. However, the taste still wasn’t particularly impressive. The total came to around 5,200 THB, which isn’t exactly cheap or extremely expensive, but it didn’t really feel worth the price.

a month agoAn exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was truly worthy of a Michelin-level fine dining restaurant—each dish was a refined explosion of flavor, beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The service was nothing short of spectacular: attentive, professional, and genuinely warm without ever feeling intrusive. The setting on the 56th floor is simply stunning—elegant, sophisticated, and offering an unforgettable atmosphere that elevates the entire experience. Chef Bjørn Tischner has crafted something truly special here. This is more than just a meal—it’s a complete culinary journey I would highly recommend.

6 months agoWithout question, this was one of the finest meals I have experienced. My husband and I went for L’ OPERA COMPLETA a tasting menu with 11 courses and around 15 different tastes. The menu was exceptional, beautifully conceived, precise, and clearly driven by outstanding ingredients sourced from individual farms and suppliers. Every course showed a balance that allowed the produce to shine. As a chef of many years , I was made to feel genuinely welcome. We were seated at the chef’s table and invited to the open kitchen where the chefs showed us samples of produce, meats and fish, and explained where they came from and this is where we had our first exquisite taste. That openness is rare and deeply appreciated. Service was impeccable throughout and the restaurant manager was very knowledgable and enthusiastic to tell us every detail of each course. The sommelier’s pairings were thoughtful and perfectly judged. The only minor notes were the individual Star Wars figurines on each table and the 1970’s music. Whilst very enjoyable, they felt slightly out of place in an otherwise refined five-star Italian dining experience. I do appreciate that some diners may like the quirkiness, but it wasn’t to my taste. That said, Sartoria delivers cuisine and hospitality of the highest calibre and stands among the very best dining experiences Bangkok has to offer.

3 months agoI visited Sartoria for the second time, this time during their collaboration with Elements . Overall, everything was very good. The presentation was beautiful, the flavors were well balanced, and the service was attentive throughout the meal. The staff took great care of us and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. It’s always interesting to see this kind of collaboration, and they executed it very well. Definitely worth coming back again. P.S. The photos include both my first visit and this recent collaboration dinner.

2 months agoBeautiful view and great atmosphere, perfect for a special lunch. The lunch set is around 2,xxx THB++, all included, which feels worth it for the quality. Food is creative, well presented, and tastes really good. Service is polite and attentive. Marriott Bonvoy members also get a 10% discount. Overall, very impressed. Worth a visit!
