  Great Flavors & Fantastic Service at Savoey (Terminal 21 Asok) Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Savoey at Terminal 21 Asok, and overall, it was a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups. The ambiance is fantastic, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal in the middle of a busy shopping day. The Highlight: Exceptional Service I have to give a special shout-out to a specific female server there. While I didn’t get her name, she clearly stands out because she speaks and understands English very well—I even saw other staff members asking her to assist with English-speaking customers. She was incredibly helpful and made the dining process much smoother. The Food: Hits and Misses Yellow Thai Curry with Crab Meat (Must-Try!): This was the star of the show. I asked for it to be "a little spicy," and they prepared it perfectly (leaning towards mild). The flavor was outstanding and definitely the best thing I ordered. Crab Fried Rice: As a crab lover, I was excited for this, but it was just "so-so." I found several "crab fins" (cartilage/shell) in the rice that I had to spit out, and the portion of crab meat wasn't very generous. Lobster in Garlic Sauce: I was disappointed here. I chose this specifically because the shells are pre-removed, but 5 minutes after ordering, the staff returned to say it was unavailable. Strawberry Lychee Sparkling Tea: A refreshing and sweet way to end the meal! The Perfect Ending To make my experience even better, I saw an advertisement featuring Fourth Nattawat right as I was leaving the restaurant! As a fan, it really made my visit feel complete. Verdict: I would definitely come back for the Yellow Curry and the great atmosphere, but I hope they improve the quality control on the crab fried rice shells!

  Decent thai food. We had the southern crab curry which is one of their signature dishes. It’s 600 bahts but crab dishes are expensive as expected. We also had a wide noodle with fish which was quite tasty although the fish had a tiny bit of fishy smell. Overall the food is good and a pleasant dining experience. For some reason one of my credit card didn’t work there ( but worked everywhere else). 10% service charge automatically added.

  Savoey @Terminal 21 Asok is a must-visit if you’re craving authentic Thai seafood in Bangkok. Located on the 5th floor of Terminal 21 and directly connected to BTS Asok/MRT Sukhumvit, it’s super convenient for travelers. I tried the Rock Lobster with Holy Basil, Grilled Giant River Prawn, and Pork Neck with Spicy Sauce — all were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The giant river prawn was especially juicy and sweet, showing why this place has over 50 years of history. The fruit juices (watermelon & mango) were refreshing and paired well with the meal. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and ideal for both families and travelers. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely a great spot for a satisfying seafood meal during a shopping break at Terminal 21. I would gladly come back again!

  Good food, if not excellent, from a long established restaurant. Had the yellow crab curry with vermicelli. For the price, there was not that much chunks of crab meat. Just a ton of veg. Taste was reasonably tasty. The vermicelli was OK but would have been better if they had used some “khanom jeen” noodles. The Sontam was also decent if not spectacular. Overall a meal to fill you up but perhaps nothing to write home about.

  I think the food is good quality and worth the wait and price to try one of the better restaurants around. I had the curry mud crab, grilled pork neck and some vegetables. The serving is just right for 2 pax. Also ordered a mango smoothie which goes well with the heavy crab flavours. We were seated by the window which gives us a nice view of the while eating. The dishes were served very fast too.
