3 months agoGreat value for money! The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The service was super fast and the staff was friendly. I also love the DIY sauce station—you can customize your own dipping sauce. A solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

4 months agoThis was my second time at this restaurant. The first time, I found the food delicious, but today I was very disappointed. I ordered meat twice. The first time, the meat was fine, but the second time, some of the edges were dry and blackened, though it didn't smell bad, so I didn't tell the waiter. I put the second order of meat into the pot and continued eating, but my mouth and tongue tasted bitter (similar to the fishy smell of raw fish). I smelled the meat and couldn't detect any strange odor, but it was extremely bitter. After spitting it out (I tried more than once), I tried to mask the bitterness with cola, but it didn't work. I told the waiter that there was something wrong with the meat, but they insisted it was fine, saying it was fresh, even though they saw it was blackened. I only understand a little Thai, and they thought I didn't want to pay… Because I had booked a long-distance taxi and needed to leave when my time came, I paid and told them the meat really was bad and asked them to try the meat in the pot. They just said sorry but insisted the meat was fine. It's truly unacceptable to me. They looked at the blackened meat and assumed I was lying. They should pray I don't get food poisoning. I will never come to this restaurant again.

9 months agoDelicious, authentic Mala chili flavor with a tingling, spicy kick. The main soups I recommend are: * Mala Braised Soup * The restaurant's signature Mala Braised Soup * Mala Braised Green Chili Soup There's a huge variety of options on the conveyor belt, but the highlight, aside from the soup, is the beef.
