  The service in this restaurant is very poor. There were three employees working on the floor, in addition to four employees in the kitchen. However, the staff on the floor do not help you at all. They do not approach you and seem very busy, even though we were the only two customers in the restaurant. We ordered one round of sushi. Afterwards, we wanted to order more, but this was not understood. The staff made strange faces at each other, as if they did not understand what we were asking. In addition, we ordered two drinks but only received one, and it took a very long time. The sushi rice is reheated in the microwave right in front of the guests. Furthermore, the staff does not speak any English at all. The staff also shout at each other in their own language on the restaurant floor, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Food was good though, however, the rest of the ambiance & service ruined the experience.

  Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. The waitress barely greeted me, looked like she’d rather be anywhere else, and had zero effort or warmth. I asked politely if they had Wi-F, she just said “no” and walked away. Didn’t even bother taking the menus off the table (there were three of them just sitting there until the main dish came out). The food was fine, but the attitude ruined the whole vibe. If you value good service or basic hospitality, skip this place.

  Good sushi and sashimi menus with interesting selections and many varieties. Fair price point. Service is good and attentive most times; though, the chef's welcome / traditional greeting is absent at this branch - something that doesn't exude the common Japanese eatery welcome ambiance. Otherwise, a good place to enjoy sushis and sashimis at great prices.

  Fantastic sushi and Japanese food! I had an excellent and authentic Japanese meal, I had a variety of dishes and everything I had was extremely fresh and to the highest standards. I would definitely recommend this place The female manager was extremely friendly and attentive as was the lady he was serving the table. When I left, all the staff including the chef said goodbye. Highly recommended

  I just finished eating here and only have one issue. When I placed my order, I asked for 1 unagi roll, 1 salmon toro sushi, 1 baby anago sushi, and 1 white peach yuzuu. When they brought my food out, as you can see in my picture, there were 2 extra pieces of sushi I did not order. Not thinking, I ate everything. I must say, all of the food was extremely delicious. When I got my bill, again you can see my picture, the 2 pieces of sushi I did not order cost as much as the rest of my order. It was my fault for not saying anything when they brought me food I did not order and again my fault for eating it. I do feel that it was sneaky of them to bring me 2 pieces of expensive sushi that I did not order. If you eat here, which I do recommend by the way, make sure they only bring out what you order.
