7 months agoIf you are looking for an Italian restaurant with a good atmosphere in the heart of Bangkok that perfectly combines the chic of Naples-style pizza and natural wine, "The Aglio Store - Sukhumvit 39" is one of the very interesting options. I recommend the menu: Dip and chips and Spaghetti's allé vongole, very delicious, suitable for both casual dining with friends or dating with a beautiful atmosphere and photo angles that can be repeated. There are many natural wines (Natural Wine) 🍷😣 to choose from. But if compared to the price according to the natural wine shop, in general, the price here is very high. The service is average, but the staff doesn't smile.

6 months agoI had that crab spaghetti and the Sausage with Mash potato The food is incredible. Delicious. One of the best sausage I had. But some complaint here if there’s some of your restaurant’s standard I found the thick piece of crabs (guess it is crab bones inside the crab meat) Please check it carefully because I thought none of them were inside my plates. I chewed the crab and this damaged my gum. And the rest is the best place to have lunch or dinner. Please take care of that, ill be back anyway 🤍

a year agoMust-Try Italian (and that Mousse!), But Watch Your Parking Meter! This Italian spot came highly recommended by friends who serendipitously discovered their legendary chocolate mousse. And yes, it's as good as they say – so good, in fact, that it was devoured before we could capture its glory! Beyond the sweet ending, the pastas are a must-try. We loved the Aglio e Olio with anchovies so much we ordered it twice, and the spicy crab meat pasta was also fantastic. While the pizza was decent, the risotto was the true star for me – incredibly flavorful and utterly satisfying. The only real snag was the parking. We happily lingered for five hours, enjoying multiple dishes, but the free parking is limited to two hours. This resulted in a 240 THB parking bill for us alone. If you're looking for a place for extended conversations and a drawn-out meal, be aware that the parking costs can quickly accumulate – our group's collective parking bill was close to a thousand baht, which felt pretty ridiculous for a casual outing!

a year agoThis restaurant has a great vibe and is a lovely Italian spot perfect for dating or hanging out with friends. The food is served cold, so if you enjoy cold dishes, you'll likely appreciate it. Overall, the food tastes good; however, I found the pizza to be a bit too salty for my liking, though the pizza dough is excellent. It's a great choice for carb lovers!
