  This was truly the best spa & massage experience I’ve ever had. Our therapists Malisa & Tik took excellent care of me and my sister during our session. Every step of the experience was thoughtful and intentional. The calming ambience of the treatment room and the expertise of the therapists truly made the experience exceptional. Thank you!

  We had a fantastic time in the Bunyan tree hotel. The hotel is located in a busy location of the city. We stayed on 33rd floor, and views are amazing. The room is very nice with comfy bed, clean bathroom. The staff attended atleast 2 times daily to clean and kept it tidy.The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great hospitality. We met June at reception, and she was very welcoming. Mr Fame at conceirge desk was very nice and guided us very well to book our river cruise dinner. Breakfast was lovely with variety of options, both Thai snd international dishes. We had a drink at the roof top bar on the 61st floor on the night we arrived. That was an amazing experience. Overall during our 3 day stay we had a very positive experience in this hotel!

  The Banyan Tree Spa is the perfect place to enjoy a massage and receive top-notch service. The staff are incredibly friendly, providing great recommendations and a warm welcome. The spa boasts an elegant design and beautiful decor. The massage beds come with electric warming blankets, making the experience even more relaxing and helping you drift into sleep. The therapists are highly professional and approachable. After the massage, the dessert and tea are delightful and delicious. I highly recommend visiting and trying a massage here. While the price is a bit high, the experience is truly excellent.

  A gift from the family to try out the spa service at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The staff was friendly from the door man to the masseuse. The spa room was massive and very decorative. I got to choose which fragrance and program I like to go with during the service. Love the experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and quality spa experience

  I was given a 90-min massage gift voucher by my family. Arrived early, filled form in and was told to wait by the sofa. 10 mins later nothing happened, so I asked the front desk. I was told “a moment please” Then Cha Cha came and she apologised many times through out the evening. She gave a very good massage and was really helpful and courteous. My 5-star is based on experience with her and the fabulous time relaxing & refreshing.
