  What a way to end my trip to thailand. I had a facial and head massage before my red eye to Seoul. It was incredibly relaxing, and I feel ready to take on a 25 hour travel day. This spa is more expensive than the street side massage/facial shops but worth every penny. My therapist was Bua and Gig at reception were both lovely. The only weird thing is trying to find the spa. It felt like a maze from the hotel lobby. Not sure if there’s an easier route.

  We ve had a really wonderful relaxing time as 3 friends together on our last day in Bangkok, at Chi, Shangri-La s Spa. Our receptionist Gig and 3 therapists Bua, Tua and Pui took good care of us in 3 separate rooms. Calm, relaxing and bliss!!! With superb techiniques, heavenly skilful hands, excellent quality aroma oil, 90 minutes were almost too short. Thank you so very much!!!

  I had a great session at Chi The Spa. Went in for their summer retreat session. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok. You'll be in good hands of Dao, Tua, Miew and Gig ❤️

  My beautiful lady friend and I had an absolutely exceptional experience at this spa. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, restorative, and luxurious experience. The environment itself is beautiful, calming, and clearly built with the guest experience in mind. My therapist, Dao, and my lady friend’s therapist, Bua, were both outstanding. Their skill, attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care were evident throughout the entire session. The massage was not rushed, inconsistent, or mechanical. It was thoughtful, intuitive, and delivered with a level of care that made us feel genuinely looked after. Anyone fortunate enough to find themselves in Dao’s or Bua’s capable hands is in for a special experience. Yes, this spa costs more than many local alternatives. In my opinion, it is worth every penny. If you’re staying at this hotel, you’ve already chosen an elevated experience. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy one of the best parts of it. The spa experience was perfectly consistent with the exceptional standard of service we’ve enjoyed throughout our stay. And if Dao or Bua happen to be your therapists, I suspect you’ll find yourself wanting to thank them personally for the care they provide. Highly recommended.

  Tha was the wonderfully skilful and kind therapist who gave me the most relaxing treatments today! A strong massage and relaxing facial were perfectly paired. Really the whole experience at Chi spa was perfect. The receptionist Miew was super attentive and professional too. Beautiful Spa And beautiful Service. Would highly recommend.
