  I just got back from my appointment and I am IN LOVE! 😍 My lashes look so natural and beautiful, it’s even better than I imagined. The whole experience was amazing. The salon looked so clean and aesthetic inside, and I loved the tea we were offered when we sat down. I’ve already had compliments on my lashes, and I feel so confident. I can’t stop looking at them! 💕

  From the moment I walked in, I loved the salon’s beautifully designed space and cozy atmosphere. The quality of the products and equipment was impressive, and you could tell they only use premium materials. What stood out most was the team’s attention to detail and professionalism.   These are the best nails I’ve ever had in my life. They use a Vietnamese technique, and the result is literally incredible. I’m completely satisfied with how they turned out. The service is amazing, but the quality of the work exceeded all my expectations. Honestly, I couldn’t have found a better place in Bangkok to get my nails done. Thank you so much, I’m leaving very happy, and I 100% recommend it 🌸🤯🤯🤯

  It has become painfully obvious that this establishment revolves entirely around the convenience of the technicians, rather than the paying customers. For the lashes, If one has fewer lashes, one is simply forced into a 'standard' style with no other options. It looks very unnatural and did hurt my eyes while, and after extension. An Anime style request? Out of the question. Rather than utilizing their skills to solve problems or approximate the client's vision, they prioritize their own ease. There is absolutely no consideration for the client whatsoever. For the nail, which make me wanted to addressed, The behavior of the younger nail technician was particularly appalling. Worse than her attitude was her blatant dishonesty; she lied simply to avoid correcting her work to my satisfaction. Claiming she had a 'queue' or lacked the ability to perform certain tasks was transparently false. If one possesses such a propensity for fabrication, perhaps a career as Pinocchio would be more suitable than one in customer service." While this may seem like a minor detail, the technician’s hands were excessively clammy. Frankly, the sensation was viscerally repulsive. If you are aware of this issue, basic professional hygiene suggests you should at least have the courtesy to wear gloves. The technical execution was, frankly, abysmal. The cuticle work was unrefined, and the PVC tips selected were so ill-fitting that they caused actual physical pain due to the pressure. Furthermore, the filing was aggressively excessive, penetrating down to the natural nail bed. As evidenced by the attached photo of the aftermath, this was a truly distressing experience." Effective communication is the cornerstone of service, yet it was entirely absent here. Instead, I was met with self-centered behavior. Attempting to placate a dissatisfied client with 'special freebies' rather than addressing the core issue is insulting. To be candid, your gradient technique was non-existent once buried under glitter; it appeared less like an artistic choice and more like a lazy attempt to conceal a lack of skill. While the establishment is aesthetically pleasing and the manager seems attentive, the service quality does not match the facade. I sincerely hope you will implement significantly stricter quality control and management measures in the future.
