  Had a wonderful experience at Divana Spa. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were very attentive, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. I also loved the mango sticky rice served after the treatment — such a lovely touch! I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommended!✨🧘🏻‍♀️💕

  I had a Thai massage at Divana Virtue Spa and the experience was wonderful. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived—the staff were warm, attentive, and very professional. The spa has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful scents and a peaceful environment. The massage itself was amazing: the therapist had great technique, I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and fully recharged. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality Thai massage and a truly relaxing spa experience.

  My recommendation is to avoid this spa. Came with my wife on our wedding anniversary as a treat. We often do massages and this was our 3rd massage in BKK this trip. Very hopeful initially looking at the rating and # of reviewers and I must say the ambience is lovely but when we got down to the massage it was terrible. The therapist basically just bathed us in oil and did single stroke rub the oil back and forth doing the same movement for 20-30times before changing to do the same on a different body part, it was clear that she had little training and very unprofessional. I gave several instructions during the massage for her to change but all to no avail. After the massage I told the manager about how poor my massage was and asked her point blank whether my therapist (who looked like mid40s - early 50s) was a new staff. She admitted that the therapist only started for 1 year. After that she gave me no further explanation. Very unprofessional overall and I think it’s a spa to avoid. No amount of ambience can save an establishment that does not place the quality of the massage and customer service as priority.

  Have a great spa experience in perfect vibes. Massage makes me feel truly relax. Therapist is professional, staffs are friendly. After spa treatment, enjoy Thai herbal tea & dessert. Perfect for weekend therapy

  This is the best spa I’ve ever experienced in Bangkok. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt relaxed by the natural surroundings and the soothing aroma. Before the massage, the doctor assessed my back and neck condition to ensure there would be no injury during the treatment. Khun Toon provided excellent service. I felt great relief from my neck pain and will definitely come back again.
