  First timer, booked via LINE and absolutely blown away. Special mention to Gina! Visited Hakumi for the first time during my Bangkok trip. Before going I reached out to them on LINE and the response was quick, friendly and they helped me pick the right package based on my preferences. Being completely new to this I had a few personal concerns which I shared honestly over LINE before arriving. The manager was incredibly understanding and assured me everything would be taken care of and she delivered on that promise. Walking in, the staff already knew what I needed. Everyone speaks decent English which made the whole thing seamless. No awkwardness at the counter, no confusion, just a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment I stepped in. But the real highlight was Gina. She is funny, cute, warm and completely professional all at once, honestly the perfect match for a first timer like me. Same energy, same vibe, we just clicked instantly. She took full control, guided everything naturally and made the session feel completely relaxed from start to finish. The room was spotless, the nuru setup was authentic and the whole experience was top notch. If you are new to this and feeling nervous just message them on LINE first. Share your preferences honestly, they are non judgmental and will sort you out with the right person. Booking in advance also means your girl is confirmed and waiting for you.   The whole process is just simply lovely. It starts one you walk in. Two girls will be waiting for you at the entrance. They will provide you with clear instructions and help you choose the right package to suit your needs.”(feel free to ask any question , don’t be shy - it feel help them to understand your request better) Once you choose a package and therapist(s) you will guided. The girls in this salon are top tier (good attitude, very passionate and patient, easy communicate ,and most importantly, they get along together very well ) I had amazing 90 min VIP massage with BB and Maria - and it will be moment that will stay in my memory forever 😋 The rooms, furniture, mattresses , bathtub, soap and gel are complies with all standards You should have no doubts to visit this salon

  Visited on November 19th. I’d read a lot of good comments(not sure they are genuine afterwards...), so my expectations were pretty high, but honestly,I really felt disapointed. The place was clean but the “luxury” vibe just wasn’t there, especially for the price. The girl I chose was nice but the whole experience felt rushed and kind of… ordinary. It just didn’t feel like good value for what I paid. For this level of prices(even cheaper) there are much better places in the area. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

  Had a very pleasant experience at here. The environment was clean, relaxing, and well managed. There are many young and friendly staff members who are professional and attentive throughout the session. The service felt comfortable and respectful, and the techniques were excellent. Compared with other Nuru massage places, the pricing here is quite reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, great value and a satisfying visit — I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

  The photos are real, recent and accurate in every way. I visited Bangkok for 5 weeks recently. March and early April this year and had the privilege of visiting this establishment several times. Everything was perfect. The photos are completely accurate and the service was excellent.
