2 months agoEvery day was spent wandering through the free markets and shopping malls, punctuated by frequent massage sessions. Over the course of just a few short days, I managed to experience a wide variety of massage styles. First off, Thai massage shops are incredibly clustered together; the quality of the technique you receive is entirely a matter of luck—whoever you happen to get is simply a matter of fate. Overall, the experience was quite good, though some sessions felt a bit stiff or rough. I tried the full spectrum—traditional Thai, essential oil, and aromatherapy massages—and found that I preferred the essential oil treatments the most. The complimentary 15-minute shoulder and neck massage at the airport VIP lounge was particularly outstanding. The attendants were somewhat older; before the session began, I had to fill out a form—which felt a bit like a liability waiver—and sign it. I opted for the 1.5-hour hot essential oil massage, paying 900 baht in cash. I made sure to tell the cashier beforehand exactly where I was experiencing pain and requested that they avoid any pulling or stretching movements. The masseuse was very beautiful; I believe her name was Nefn. I began by removing all my clothes and putting on a pair of disposable underwear provided by the shop. Since it was an oil massage, it felt as though she first applied a medicinal balm, then coated my entire body in oil. She stepped out for a few minutes in the middle—I assume to wash her hands—and upon returning, she focused on massaging my head. The overall experience was truly fantastic. I asked around and learned that while the owner is Thai, the shop itself bears a Japanese name. Finally, I was offered the option to take a shower at the shop, but since my hotel was just a three-minute walk away, I politely declined.

3 months agoAmazing experience, very intimate and quiet, I loved the AC making me super cool. The lady who did a head a shoulder massage to me asked many times if it was painful and adapted the pressure when needed. She offered a happy ending but didn’t try. Recommend

a year agoAmazing massage place! I am pretty sensitive when it comes to massages, so I asked for a soft and gentle leg and foot massage (1 hour). My masseuse did a wonderful job and was very cognizant of my reactions to her pressure. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, and I was completely relaxed during and after the massage. I went 1.5 hours before closing on a Monday and the place was empty. I was the only customer, which was an additional bonus for me.

7 months agoJust got massage done along with my friend. The places to noisy. The therapist are engaging with each other while massaging the client, and when my friend said to her to put strong pressure, they found it funny and were laughing. I did not understand this kind of interaction. My masseuse was not even looking at me or asking me whether the fresh is alright or you need to do something different. There are better places in the street that we have experienced.

4 months agoOutstanding experience on Kyoto Massage. Soi 33. I was fortunate to book Kn Patty (Misspennapa Suwaphet) who is always upbeat, motivated and very professional. I have had many back injuries (Athletics) and Kn Patty always ensures a deep tissue massage helps me. Much enjoyed. Ideal for both male and female clients. Strongly recommended.
