I am a regular customer of Let’s Relax and I go for a massage every week, so I know the service standards of this brand well and can compare different branches. Another important point: at this branch, I was not given the tablet/form to select the massage areas, pressure level, and personal preferences before the treatment, even though this is normally done in other Let’s Relax branches. This is a basic part of the service Unfortunately, the branch opposite Mahanakhon consistently leaves the worst impression. Perhaps because of its tourist location, this branch relies on a flow of one-time customers who visit once and never come back. But for a regular customer, it looks like a complete lack of quality control, service standards, and proper attitude toward guests. My last visit was especially unpleasant. The therapist, Phanni Rueangsak, was rough, abrupt, and completely inattentive. All her movements felt like she simply wanted to finish as quickly as possible. Her attitude felt tense and irritated, as if the whole process annoyed her. There was no sense of care, calmness, or hospitality — only rough movements and the feeling that she wanted to finish as quickly as possible. I left the salon in tears, did not even stay for the tea, with my mood completely ruined and with the feeling that I was not treated as a guest, but simply “processed” as another customer. I also want to emphasize that this does not feel like a one-time mistake by one therapist. This particular branch has repeatedly given me the impression that Let’s Relax standards are not being controlled here. I have had much more professional and pleasant experiences in other branches, so the problem is clearly with this location. I strongly do not recommend booking with this therapist, Phanni Rueangsak. And I also do not recommend this particular Let’s Relax branch.

Been to this same branch 4-5 times over past two years , always good standard and value for money. Polite staff even during peak periods, they are also patient in understanding my requests. Highly recommend!

The Body & Soul session at Let’s Relax aligned my body with my soul-deeply calming and grounding. I really appreciate the care and technique by Preya( Masseuse- correct me the name if heard wrong) definitely come back for this!

A spa with excellent service and multiple branches across Bangkok. Having visited several locations, I particularly love the atmosphere of this branch. The location in Mahanakhon Cube offers a scenic view of the Mahanakhon Building. The space is spacious, with a well-separated lobby and a snack room for relaxation after the massage. The massage quality is up to standard. However, one downside is that when the staff cleaned my feet, the water was too hot. Other branches usually use warm water, but this branch poured hot water directly, which was uncomfortable. Aside from that, it’s a great spa experience.

We decided to try their Dream Package after always experiencing their aroma oil therapy. This package includes a 45-minute Foot Massage, a 15-minute Hand Massage, and a 30-minute Back & Shoulder Massage. While you can opt for these treatments separately, the Dream Package at ฿950 per person is ฿125 cheaper than getting the 3 treatments a la carte. This was our first visit to their Mahanakhon Square outlet. The view from where we had our therapy was nice, although the air conditioning seemed weak or malfunctioning. I felt quite warm during the session, but the masseur brought in an air cooler to help. Their service is truly top-notch. Even during the foot washing before the treatment, they were gentle and slipped the slippers back onto your feet. I appreciate this attention to detail compared to other massage chains that just shuffle your feet aside after drying them. During my foot massage, the masseur noticed some thick skin on my toe and kindly filed it away for me. This added value was a pleasant surprise. For the Back and Shoulder Massage, we switched to the monkey chair instead of staying in the same chair. It was a good change, especially with the therapy ending with warm wipes and a peppermint spray. Similar to the Aroma Oil massage, you also receive their signature jasmine tea and mango sticky rice after the treatment.
