Captures Immortal
3 months agoWonderful experience at this outlet. Ambience was very good and staff very professional. The spa was well appointed and serviced by a lift. With everything done to detail I am surprised to note that the wooden chairs were not ‘capped’ to prevent super irritating dragging noises. For the amount of money spent on this establishment, surely this is a minute expense to consider. Otherwise … 5 Star experience.

3 months agoThis branch does not have an onsen facility. Before the massage, they provide a cold towel and a welcome drink, and they also wash your feet prior to starting the session, which is a nice touch. After the massage, guests are served mini mango sticky rice and a drink. However, since it’s currently not mango season, the mango was a bit sour. The sweeter mango season is usually from October to December. Pros: Charging cables for mobile phones are available There is an elevator, so no need to climb stairs Pleasant fragrance throughout the shop Quiet and relaxing environment Overall, a comfortable and thoughtful experience with some nice service details

5 months agoStaff member clearly lied to me. I asked if the prices are different to On Nut and she said no. They are all the same. I use relax place regularly In On Nut and it’s 450 for 60 mins. Here, in this highly populated tourist area is 600bahts for 40 minutes. The rude member of staff was polite at first. She asked for my name and number. I said I didn’t want to give it. She started insulting me to her college in Thai. Simply because I asked why. I don’t like my number to be used for marketing. She then explained it was for booking. I’m making a booking right now. She then raised her voice at me and I suggested that she didn’t need to shout. Very rude staff member and I understand that it’s in a high tourist area. 1 star for the Thai staff who lied.

a month agoGood location, ambience and staffs are welcoming and good administrative service. Though, price is on the high side and massage itself is sub-optimal. I gave it a chance 3 times with different random masseuses for foot massage. One time i went with my husband. The one massage my husband closed her eyes while she did a massage. For me, at first there is no strength given so i asked to press harder. Then she told me she hasnt started massaging yet. Then she used the tool to scrubbed on the middle of my feet violently. My Husband and i didnt like it so much. But still gave a 100 baht tip for courtesy. The massage was on 11 April. And 1 month later i still feel the sensitivity on my foot. So will not go back. *good foot massage doesnt need a tool to poke into your feet*
