2 months agoWalked in around 4:30 and was able to get appointment within 15 minutes with 2 female masseuse’s. The entire experience was so nice and lovely starting with a foot wash and then moving into a very quiet room where they did the back massage and then the foot massage I loved how peaceful it was great prices very professional, and nice starting tea and snack at the very end.

9 months agoLocated within the Emporium Enquartier - a new luxurious mall in the Sukhumvit district, Bangkok. Staff were so friendly & warm. They are respectful & very welcoming. Upon arrival we were served with a delicious & fragrant pandan flavoured cold drink & a refreshing towel to cleanse your face & hands at the nicely minimalistic seating area. Prices are reflective of the prime location, so they are probably around double or more than the usual massage places. For example, traditional Thai massage (90 mins) costs 1100 baht or A Dream Package (90 mins) 1200 baht, where you could only be paying only around 500-709 baht elsewhere or less depending on location. Massage therapists themselves are well trained & know their craft. They are aware & always ask questions to ensure we are comfortable & whether we prefer “softer or harder” pressures on their massage techniques. The place is pristinely clean & everyone working there is lovely to deal with. We went to get massages there at least 3 times during our week stay, a testament as to how much my mom & I enjoyed their hospitality & services. At the end of each session we were again served with some hot tea & a little snack of Thailand’s famous mango & sticky rice served with a tiny squirt of coconut milk ~ DELICIOUS! 😍 I would certainly recommend this place & can’t wait to go back again on our next trip to Bangkok 🥰🙏

a year agoI had such a wonderful experience at the Sukhumvit 31 branch! From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly, professional attitude. They explained everything clearly and made me feel right at home. Before my massage, I was served a refreshing pandan drink and handed a cool, scented towel — a lovely touch that helped me relax instantly. My therapist personally came to welcome me to the treatment room, which felt very thoughtful. I went for the 90-minute traditional Thai massage, and it was absolutely amazing. The therapist began with a calming spray to set the mood and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. After the massage, I was served a delicious mango sticky rice — such a sweet and satisfying treat to end the session. Every time I come here, I leave feeling refreshed and impressed. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail are consistently excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience!✨🫶🏻

6 months agoNothing wrong with the masseurs themselves, but they handed me an iPad-like device to mark the areas to avoid. I highlighted those spots clearly, yet they still worked on the exact places I mentioned. It made me wonder what the point of asking was in the first place. But otherwise, it’s still a reliable brand.

a month agoMy partner and I booked the 110-minute package (starting with a 45-minute foot massage), and unfortunately, it was one of the worst massage experiences we’ve had. There were several major issues: • Ineffective Policy: The spa has a policy allowing a change of masseur within the first 15 minutes. However, when we expressed dissatisfaction, we were told no changes could be made due to "lack of manpower." If you don't have the staff to honor your own guarantees, the policy shouldn't exist. • Lack of Strength: Despite specifically requesting a certain pressure level at the start, the masseurs had limited strength. It felt like our preferences were completely ignored. Again, what was the point of asking. • Poor Service Recovery: When we raised our concerns, the masseur's first response was to tell us to walk to the reception ourselves to complain. We found this incredibly unprofessional and confusing—it is not the guest's job to hunt down management in the middle of a session. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money. If you are looking for a massage with actual pressure and professional service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
