  The reception staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, taking the time to carefully understand each guest’s needs. That said, the pre-treatment reception period felt slightly rushed, leaving limited time to fully enjoy the welcome drink, which was a bit unfortunate. I booked the Loft Thai Signature Spa, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Although the therapist appeared petite, her technique was both strong and precise, without any compromise in pressure. The entire treatment was deeply relaxing and well-executed. They also offer a VIP membership program. By depositing 10,000 THB, you receive an additional 2,000 THB in value. For those who plan to visit regularly, this represents excellent value. As the promotion period is unclear, it’s advisable to confirm the details directly with the staff.

  Absolutely fantastic experience at Loft Thai Massage. Vida was incredible — she really took the time to focus on every sore muscle and made sure nothing was rushed or overlooked. What truly stood out was her mindfulness: she regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was just right, which made the whole session feel very personalized and comfortable. I walked out feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free — the kind of massage that actually works, not just feels nice in the moment. Huge shout-out as well to John and Sakura, who were warm, welcoming, and highly professional from start to finish. The whole team creates a calm, caring atmosphere that makes you want to come back immediately. Highly recommended — this place is a gem. 💆‍♀️✨

  Wonderful experience. Booked at the last minute and they suggested Sukhumvit 24 outlet since others were fully booked. Couldn’t find the exact location on Grab as the outlet is newly opened but they mentioned it was near the Phrom Phong BTS. I tried their 2 hr Aromatherapy Massage while my bestie did the 1 hr Aromatherapy + 1 hr facial. We both loved it. The end of the session was unexpected where we were served not only tea, but some Thai desserts which were so good. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

  Worth the money!!! The facial is very relaxing. Ms. Ann was giving her best during facial. I was only order for 1h, but it's actually 1h extra 5/10 min. The reception also very friendly and speak good English. The welcome drink and after treatment food also very delicious. Plus : They accept visa/master card. No need to withdraw cash :)

  I had a really nice experience at Loft Thai Spa. The place is clean, calm, and beautifully designed, which makes it easy to relax as soon as you walk in. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage was great,very professional and done with the right pressure. The therapist clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt so relaxed afterward. Everything felt well taken care of, from the service to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I’d definitely recommend Loft Thai Spa if you’re looking for a good Thai massage in the Sukhumvit area, and I would happily come back again.
