6 months agoI had a Chinese herbal steaming session to sweat profusely and expel toxins. I don't usually sweat much in saunas, so I thought 35 minutes wouldn't be enough, but after just under 10 minutes, I was literally sweating profusely. It was the most refreshing experience I've ever had, and I'm incredibly impressed!
