  I had such a wonderful experience at Once Upon A Thai Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed—it immediately put me at ease. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My therapist was attentive and clearly skilled; the massage was the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling completely refreshed, both physically and mentally. I would absolutely recommend Once Upon A Thai Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality spa experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

  Absolutely amazing massage! The place is clean, relaxing, and very professional. My therapist had the perfect pressure and really knew what she was doing. I left feeling light, relaxed, and refreshed. One of the best massages I’ve had in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

  We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. Although the shop isn’t big, the décor is cozy and comfortable, and the tea was really good. We booked Sky After Rain through Klook, which seemed to be a bit cheaper. After that, we filled out some forms to indicate which areas to focus on and picked our ice cream flavors. Then we got to choose essential oils and a body scrub— I chose Holy Wood, which had a relaxing woody scent (highly recommended), and Tamarind scrub, which I also loved. Our therapists, Pang and Rung, were very professional and spoke basic English. Throughout the session, they kept checking on the pressure and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The massage room had a starry-sky ceiling that was stunning to look at, and soft background music added to the atmosphere. My husband prefers stronger pressure, and he felt Rung’s massage was excellent and very professional. After the session, they served dessert and tea, both of which were delicious. They also provided a warm neck compress, which is available for purchase at the shop. We’ve been to many massage places in Thailand, but this one never felt rushed or hurried. They manage the number of clients really well, the service was thoughtful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the environment was clean. This is definitely a place we’d love to revisit in the future.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a professional yet relaxing massage experience in Bangkok!

  I received the “floating away” spa treatment, and the experience did just that. I walked away on clouds. The experience was so relaxing, warm, and welcoming from start to finish that I completely forgot to take photos throughout the experience (outside of the beginning and end). Nonetheless, 10/10 recommend.

  The spa is very clean and nice, the staff here provide good service and we get a welcome drink and got to have dessert at the end of the massage with a heat pack for our head and shoulders too! We did the Thai Time experience which was very relaxing and received the rest of the herbal balm to bring home. We would return again in the future :)
