  Just had the most phenomenal 90 minute facial. Placed my booking last minute the day before and they replied right away- SO EASY. The ladies here are so so sweet and the attention to detail- WOW! This place is intimate without feeling intimidating. Will be thinking about this place long after I leave Bangkok!!

  WOW!! This was incredible. We found this spa through social media research. And we were blown away. The service was the best we have had yet! Beautiful space, calming,clean and inviting. Did a 90 minute full facial and massage. Wish it could of been longer. Absolutely incredible. 💯 highly recommend!!!

  Khun Kai has provided a good service ka. Also they have a nice snack after hair treatment so nice :)

  This place is a true gem. Hands down one of the best facial and head spa experiences. Great products and services. Clean and spacious sanctuary. Really impressed by the reception throughout the treatments and hair styling. The tea set offered variety of snacks which can be pre-chosen, very thoughtful. If anyone in the city looking for a place to wind down and relax, I highly recommend.

  Save your money and time and don’t come here- any other place is better. I am so disappointed and angry even, got scammed in the end. Normally I never give bad reviews, especially not in Thailand where people go above and beyond. I was the only customer at this place for 3h - it says a lot. I had the facial and a head spa. When I arrived, no one asked me anything about my skin type or scalp issues, how I know from any other places. I felt directly the staff is not professional so asked to do the treatment without extraction- I should have just left there, but didn’t want to be rude. Facial was - ok. They put tons of cream and stuff on you, with 0 explanation. Massage was just 3 different movement types over and over again, but it was OK. And now the scalp treatment - more the longest and most expensive hair wash in my life. For nearly 60 minutes, the lady was washing my hair aggressively, scratching my scalp. In between she put one time something in my hair and left. So I lay there with AC blasting on me with wet hair. And of course what happens - when they wash hair over and over again non stop - it gets messy. She brushed it out, when it was wet - so much of my hair pulled out, I just wanted to cry at this point. I told her to cut this procedure and to stop scratching my head. I reached out via instagram and asked for a package deal. They said yes. And when it was about to pay- they charge like a thousand bhat too much. At this point I tried to tell them we agreed on something else, at the end just paid 3330 baht and wanted get out of there. Sometimes I read one bad review and other good ones and think - ah for sure one person had bad luck. But just me if I tell you, these are not professionals and they have no proper knowledge of skin or scalp.
