2 weeks agoI wish I had checked the Google reviews before deciding to try this place. I purchased the 999 THB trial package, but it was not clearly explained that the experience would be heavily focused on upselling the full package (45 minutes for 4,500 THB) rather than providing the service as advertised. The information provided before my visit was inconsistent. In our messages, I was told the sand bath would last 25 minutes. However, upon arrival, one staff member said I would only spend 7 minutes in the sand, with the remaining time allocated to facial acupressure and body exfoliation. After I questioned this, another staff member clarified that I would stay in the sand during those treatments. Unfortunately, the explanation remained unclear. What disappointed me most was the communication and attitude. Instead of acknowledging the confusion, one staff member told me to “calm down,” even though the information provided by the spa had been inconsistent from the start. In reality, I spent only about 15 minutes in the sand room in total, including the sand bath, a very brief acupressure session, and exfoliation. When I raised this concern, I was then told that the advertised 25 minutes included the entire time from entering the room until leaving it. The staff member even challenged me to review the CCTV footage and mentioned having witnesses, which I found surprisingly unprofessional. I reported the incident to the branch manager because I wanted management to be aware of the issue. I was not asking for compensation or a discount—only hoping that the feedback would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, I never received an apology from the staff member involved. That said, I would like to acknowledge that all the other staff members were friendly and professional. In particular, the staff member assisting inside the treatment room was excellent and provided clear, detailed explanations throughout the session.

5 months agoKinda pushy… the receptionist who welcomed me is polite, well explained. However, she is super pushy.. (only if i knew i wouldn’t have visited, should have read a review first) she kept selling me a course before spa and after the spa.. like no joke.. it is super uncomfortable. The package is 999thb ($47-48AUD) for a 25 minutes (8minutes in the hot stones relaxing and then a few touching here and there) And the full package she kept pushing me to buy is 45mins for 3500THB ($165-166AUD) After a pilates class i thought i will have a relaxing time but i have an uncomfortable experience instead. :( The therapists are nice and well taken care of me though. The Volcano thingy is pretty relaxing. I almost extend my time for a full session of 45mins but since i didn’t rest much & haven’t had any food / just went from a workout class. I had a heavy dizzy feeling in between session so they recommend me to not extended (Ps.that’s when the pushy sale stopped, > and she kept asking me to come back again tmr > started hard selling the course again lol) If they could change their sale strategy, i would 100% coming back with a full session no complain.Unfortunately, with this current sale tactic.. i will not visit here again.

7 months agoThe sales lady was quite pushy, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. She repeated the same question about if my husband would like to do a spa more than five times, even though I had already answered it. If the spa place wants customers to feel at ease, truly unwind, and willingly return, hard-selling isn’t the way to go. These days, sales teams should move away from pressuring customers. Update your sales approach, people value peace of mind, especially when they’re paying for a service meant to help them relax. However, the service in the volcanic stone spa room was excellent. The staff in the spa room took great care of me, and after the treatment my skin felt soft, smooth, and completely relaxed.

a year agoI had a disappointing experience at this place. The manager was quite rude and kept pushing promotions without giving us a chance to speak or ask questions. As a Thai customer, I simply asked a straightforward question about how long my course would take, but she continued to focus on selling other services without acknowledging my question. When I politely repeated my inquiry, she accused me of interrupting her conversation, which made me feel uncomfortable and ignored. Throughout my visit, I felt increasingly uneasy as she repeatedly ignored me and walked away. During my treatment, another salesperson came in and once again started promoting promotions, which added to the feeling that this place prioritizes sales over customer comfort. Overall, I do not recommend this place for relaxation or a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a peaceful and respectful environment, this might not be the right choice.

6 months agoThe aggressive sales tactics here are truly off-putting. 😠 Every interaction, from the therapist to the receptionist, felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money. 💸 It's simply not worth the time or expense; other places offer a far more relaxing experience without the constant pressure. 😤 I hope they rethink their approach soon. 🙄
