  Walked into SLC Clinic off the street, already having a fair idea of what I wanted done, but still feeling cautious due to a previous clinic experience that wasn’t great. From the moment I arrived, the team at SLC was warm, friendly, and ready to answer any questions I had without pressure. What really surprised me was how accommodating they were once I decided to go ahead with the treatment, they were able to fit me in straight away. Three hours later, I walked out feeling like a new person. I genuinely believe it was money well spent. The staff were professional and approachable, and the whole clinic experience was five stars from start to finish. I’d be more than happy to recommend SLC Clinic to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

  I had skin treatment at this clinic, but unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The procedure was more painful compared to other clinics I’ve been to, and the doctor’s technique felt quite rough. I had to ask for an ice pack myself, and the process felt a bit rushed. Unlike other places, they didn’t provide any gel or cream to apply after the treatment to help reduce bruising. I also didn’t receive any post-treatment care instructions. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t return.

  The clinic is clean, and all the staff are lovely and smiling. The doctor is kind and gives excellent advice.

  The doctor was good at giving good advice, but two salespeople came together to try and sell me the product, even though I had already told them my budget. They tried to push me too hard to get me to buy a more expensive course.

  The staff's attitude was terrible. As a returning customer who's purchased 2-3 courses from me before, I trusted them because I've been to several branches and the staff have usually been polite. I wanted to schedule an appointment because I had errands to run outside that day and wanted to get everything done at once. So, I called the Sukhumvit 35 branch. The first two calls went unanswered. On the third call, the staff member was incredibly rude! Normally, when I call to schedule an appointment, no one asks for my "HN" (I don't know what that is). The staff member on the phone said, "HN, don't you have one?" I then asked if I could provide something else, and she asked again, "What do you want me to provide?" I said, "Can I provide my full name?" She insisted, "My full name." I gave her my first name and spelled it out. When I got to my last name, she said, "My full last name," completely. I calmly gave her my last name and spelled it out again. She repeated it, checked my history, and scheduled an appointment. Then she asked for a Customer Service representative (I'm not sure if that's the correct term), but her tone was extremely aggressive. I don't have anyone to assist me because I dislike being contacted via LINE about selling courses (I've had bad experiences giving my LINE ID to staff who only ever contacted me about sales). (They kept sending me the program.) So I said, "Oh, there's no one to take care of this." She started to calm down, and then I asked about my courses because I couldn't remember what I had left. As soon as I asked about the courses, her voice became so sweet. I was so confused. Did she just want me to buy a course? And I said, "Oh, it's okay for now, I'll just do the rest of my current courses." She then said, "We can talk about it next time." Who wants to talk to you? I'm never coming back to this branch again.
