  I booked Ulthera Prime, Oligio, and Ultraformer MPT treatments during a last-minute promotion. The clinic is beautiful and clean, and the staff are very polite and friendly. However, during the Ulthera treatment, the doctor didn't analyze my facial features or ask about my concerns. When I arrived, the doctor was on break, so the staff had me lie down on a bed to apply numbing cream. When the doctor arrived, she didn't have me sit down for a facial assessment or anything. She just walked in and started the machine without any planning – how many lines to use in each area, and why. She just went straight to using all three machines, only showing me the number of shots. It's been a month now, and I feel the results are just okay. My nasolabial folds are still there, and my double chin when I smile is still there. It might have decreased, but I don't feel amazed. Before, I only had Ultraformer III at another clinic (500 lines) and the results were much better. I'm not sure why; even with three machines, the areas I was concerned about are still sagging. The promotion included 100 units of Botox, but I don't think I'll use it. I'm considering continuing with Ulthera Prime, but probably at a different clinic and with a doctor who will better assess my facial features and communicate my needs more effectively.

  Convenient location. The staff, both before and at the branch, provided excellent service from the moment I walked into the clinic. They were very lovely and I was very impressed.
