Tried the famous Korean Hair Spa at Bella Beauty Vibes in Bangkok — and here’s my honest review. First of all, the stylist and the thai lady who did the spq was lovely. She was attentive, explained everything properly, checked my scalp, guided me throughout the entire 2–3 hour treatment, and genuinely made the experience comfortable. The treatment itself was an 18-step Korean scalp and hair spa with machines, steam therapy, scalp analysis, and multiple products. It definitely looks luxurious on Instagram and miracle for your hair — and that’s where I feel expectations become very high. Honestly, if I had gone in expecting a normal salon hair treatment experience, I would’ve rated it 5 stars. But because it’s marketed as this ultra-premium Korean spa experience, I expected something much more extraordinary not a saloon. The reality? It felt more like a good salon treatment with fancy machines rather than a truly transformative luxury spa. Overall: ✔️ Professional and kind staff ✔️ Clean and good experience ✔️ Interesting scalp analysis & machine treatments But: ❌ Very pricey for what you actually receive ❌ Overhyped on Instagram ❌ Not as luxurious or unique as expected Would I say it’s bad? No. Was it worth the money? Personally, I don’t think so. A good experience — just not the “wow” experience social media made it seem to be.

I booked the 90-minute, 15-step Korean head spa treatment online, and the process was very easy. A quick tip: the spa is located on the second floor, so don’t make the same mistake I did and stand downstairs looking confused! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly and invited to sit on the couch. One of the employees brought me a tray with cold bottled water and two snacks—a green tea cracker and a Biscoff cookie—which was a nice touch. Shortly afterward, I was taken to my chair for a scalp analysis. One of the staff members used a microscope to examine my scalp while another employee translated and held an iPad so I could see everything up close. It was fascinating—although a little gross at the same time! The employee walked me through each product and step of the treatment beforehand, which I really appreciated because I like knowing what to expect. The same kind employee who brought my snacks later returned with a selection of hot teas (I already loved him at that point!). The treatment itself was nice. Different products were applied section by section, followed by a gentle massage to work everything into my scalp. Then, a device that resembled a vacuum was used to create a warm mist and steam treatment. My beautician was incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure everything was positioned perfectly. After several minutes, I was brought to the shampoo area for a wash and a gentle water treatment. One of the steps included an eye mask that gradually warmed up, which was a pleasant surprise. The treatment concluded with a final scalp analysis so I could see the results. One downside of my experience was another customer who was on her phone for almost the entire visit. She spoke loudly during her treatment, and unfortunately, I ended up next to her during the shampoo portion. She then watched videos at what felt like full volume, so instead of enjoying a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, I spent nearly two hours listening to someone else’s phone. It definitely took away from the zen experience I was hoping for. That said, the spa itself is beautiful, and I loved learning more about my scalp and receiving personalized feedback and recommendations. The music and overall vibe were lovely, and every staff member was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that they stored everyone’s belongings in mesh bags to keep everything safe. Overall, I had a good experience, but I left feeling that it didn’t quite live up to the hype. For the price, I was expecting something a bit more unique or luxurious. In the end, it felt more like an informative scalp consultation followed by the application and rinsing of various products. I was also disappointed that there doesn’t seem to be a quiet-phone policy in the treatment areas, as that significantly impacted the relaxing atmosphere. While I’m glad I tried it and enjoyed parts of the experience, it’s probably not something I would do again.

Great salon with professional Korean hair expertise. They do a detailed color evaluation based on clothing tones, design preferences, and face shape, and carefully select shades that suit your face best. The owner is Thai and personally handles the consultations and work, which makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended—just make sure to book an appointment in advance! Note: They also give super yummy snacks!

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to a hair spa! I tried the 15-step Korean head spa, which deeply cleanses the scalp, allows the hair to breathe, and leaves it looking healthier and feeling incredibly refreshed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Alisa guided me through the treatment and explained each step clearly, while Pim, the hair specialist, was very professional and attentive throughout the process. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. A well-deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
