  As somebody who’s gotten nail extensions in NYC, Chicago, and LA for years, I have very specific standards for nail work. Lash Secret BKK delivers on every technical aspect I look for. Artist Peach always pays attention to detail and delivers timely, beautiful results for a full set and pedicure. The prep work is meticulous. Peach properly filed my cuticles, dehydrated and primed correctly, and didn’t rush curing time between layers. The apex placement on my extensions was structurally sound, not flat or overbuilt. Application was precise with absolutely no flooding at the cuticle line. The salon has a wide selection of products for whatever style you're looking for. Everything is properly sanitized: single-use files, sterilized tools, clean workstations. The technicians wear masks and work methodically, not rushing through clients. Their regimented booking system ensures that they have the time they need to provide a consistently high level of quality for every customer, no chair jumping or overbooking. (protip: book ahead online for ultimate convenience) After several nail sets done here i have not experienced any lifting, or breaking, and the high shine is still intact when it's time for a fill. For context, I train aerial acrobatics, i'm pretty rough on my hands and these have held up flawlessly. The longevity surpasses what I’ve experienced at some high-end salons in the US that charge 4x more. Pricing is an exceptional value for this level of technical skill. If you’re locked in with an incredible nail tech back home and want that same caliber of work, this is it. This salon easily meets the $120-$400 salon standard I’m accustomed to in the States -at a reasonable cost.

  I would not recommend this place based on my experience. I visited yesterday after choosing this salon because of its excellent reviews and the price list displayed on Google Maps. Based on that information, I expected to receive good-quality nails at a fair price. When I booked my appointment, I was asked to pay a deposit of 1,050 THB. Since the Google Maps price menu listed basic gel manicures at around that price, I naturally assumed the deposit would cover the cost of a basic gel manicure, or at least most of it. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the deposit only covered about one-third of the total price. I was quoted the equivalent of around €65 for a very simple flower design on a single nail. Because the deposit was non-refundable, I felt I couldn’t leave without losing my money, so I decided to downgrade my appointment to a plain one-color gel manicure instead. Unfortunately, the final result was still disappointing. The manicure took only around 45 minutes, which is unusually quick for a gel manicure and made the whole appointment feel very rushed. I was never asked about my preferred nail shape or length, and there was no shaping of my nails at all after the gel was applied. The finished nails looked bulky, uneven, and not professionally done. I ended up paying around €45 for a plain gel manicure, which I personally don’t think reflected the quality of the work. I was also concerned about the hygiene standards. There was visible dirt on the floor shelfs and UV lamps, the salon did not appear to be particularly clean, I didn’t see any sterilization of the tools, and the same utensils seemed to be reused between clients. For a salon charging premium prices, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I came here because of the excellent reviews and expected a premium experience, but that was not what I received. For a similar price, I have received much better quality and service in Europe. While others may have had a better experience, based on my experience I would not return or recommend this salon.

  Make sure you book before! They're super popular and it's best if you book via whatsapp or instagram. I got all services done all at once, lashes and nails and then a good spa pedicure! It was amazing, I've never had service like this before. TK did my lashes, which I'm particular about and she did great. Peaches is AMAZING nail artist. If you could get your nails done by her, I would. They were all great

  We had been looking for a nail salon that specialises in nail art. Although we didn’t book ahead (which I’d recommend), they were kind enough to fit us both in. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend them. The nail technician was extremely gentle, and all staff were welcoming and accommodating. Communication between staff and with customers was friendly and professional throughout.
