  If you drive an electric vehicle, think twice before staying here. EV owners are clearly treated as second-class guests. The designated EV parking is located in an area used for garbage storage, far from the main building. If it rains, you’ll likely get soaked just walking back and forth to the hotel or restaurant. Meanwhile, the covered parking inside the building is off-limits to EVs, even when there are plenty of empty spaces available. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been visiting this hotel for over three years and have raised this issue during every stay. Despite repeated feedback, nothing has changed. It seems customer experience is simply not a priority for the management. To be fair, the service staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. My frustration is directed entirely at the leadership team, whose lack of action speaks volumes. A hotel that claims to welcome all guests should not make EV owners feel unwelcome. Until the management takes this issue seriously, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with an electric vehicle.

  I took my mom and papa for dinner. (Hungry Hub deal) The room is not huge but not too small. There are plenty of international food. And what I love the most is the roasted-lamb, very good without mint-sauce, I mean naturally smell in a good way. Well cooked. All the staffs are professional, nice and helpful, including all the hotel's staffs. Thank you K.Kun whom assisted us tonight. 😊 Photo taken date : April 16 2025

  I am delighted with the international meal I tasted today. The flavors of each dish are so harmonious that they are very satisfying. The food arrangement is appetizing and looks The atmosphere in the dining room is warm and relaxing. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience.   ⸻ Disappointing Buffet Experience – Lacking in Quality & Service I had high expectations for this hotel’s buffet, but unfortunately, it was a very underwhelming experience. The layout felt strange and disorganized, making it difficult to navigate. Despite the large number of staff present, they seemed more focused on chatting than assisting guests or clearing tables. While the buffet offered a generous seafood selection, the lack of basic service was frustrating. There were no finger bowls provided for peeling prawns, and when we requested one, it seemed like a major inconvenience for the staff. Even then, they only brought one for a table of four. The food quality was another major letdown. The grilled prawns had a strong off-putting smell, clearly indicating they were not fresh. We didn’t eat them. The barbecue pork from the buffet was severely undercooked—still raw in parts—making it completely unappealing. Having experienced this brand in Australia, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this particular location failed in both food quality and customer service. I wouldn’t return for the buffet and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

  We had a morning coffee stop here and it was quite nice. Good service, good coffee and relaxing atmosphere.
