a month agoI really liked this place. The truffle pizza was excellent, and we didn’t find it too small at all. The owner’s concept is to serve 90g pizzas, which was perfectly fine for us. The vongole pasta wasn’t bad, although it wasn’t quite like the traditional vongole dishes I’ve had before. That said, it’s clearly a fusion-style vongole, and we were open-minded and happy to give it a try. The service was excellent throughout. Thanks for having us!

a month agoA stylish pizza spot located inside Quarter Silom Hotel, with convenient parking available at the hotel itself. The food was absolutely delicious, though the portions are not very large. One pizza is about the size of a single plate and comes sliced into 4 pieces. Looking around at other tables, most people seemed to order one pizza per person along with one appetizer, which felt just right. For us, we went as a group of two and ordered 1 salad, 2 pizzas, and 1 pasta — definitely a little too much food for us 😂 Overall, a great place with a cool atmosphere and really good flavors. Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy stylish pizza spots with quality ingredients.

2 months agoGreat lunch on Sunday vibes! Not too crowded and staff are impressive. •Burratta Salad, freshness of rocket, tomatoes and burratta blended with unique balsamic sauce •Bacon and Shrimp Pizza, one of the best pizza flour textureans taste, a bit spice with proper sour of signature pizza sauce are great combination •Carbonara Spaghetti, a bit salty but by make overall smooth and 360 with the original spaghetti, similar as Udon but audentè!!! •90 Gram's Fried Chicken, super fresh chicken and fried at the perfect level. Topped with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni~ curly fried and tatar also fantastic. . My table smell frequenly of vanilla perfume😂 not my style~ By the way, overall was on of the great meal

4 months ago90 Grams is a small pizzeria with a very distinctive concept in Bangkok. The space is compact but full of personality. The interior has a modern industrial style with exposed concrete, warm red lighting around the bar, shelves packed with wine bottles, and a cozy dining room that feels intimate and lively at the same time. One detail we really liked was the projector playing old cartoons on the wall, which adds a fun and slightly nostalgic touch to the atmosphere. The pizzas are not very large, but the flavors are extremely intense. The dough is the real highlight. It reacts beautifully to the heat of the oven, creating ultra-puffy, airy edges that are well blistered and full of character. The crust is light, slightly chewy, and incredibly satisfying. We tried the Diavola and the Carbonara pizza, and both were excellent. The Carbonara was especially interesting, topped with bacon, egg and cheese, giving it a creamy and rich finish that worked surprisingly well. All the dishes seem to come with a generous snowfall of grated parmesan, which adds another layer of flavor and also gives the plates a very recognizable presentation. We also ordered the mushroom fettuccine, which was tasty and well prepared, although slightly more standard compared to the pizzas, which clearly steal the spotlight. Overall, a very cool spot if you are craving quality Italian food in Bangkok. The concept, the atmosphere and especially the pizza dough make it stand out from many other places around the city.
